  1. Yeah, means I've got to get a new lock now though
  2. Must have been a complete idiot to try! Its got an alarm, an immobiliser and its got a tracker on it (black box) so you wouldn't get very far in it! Plus as soon as that alarm went off I'd be out the front chasing after them! My dad reckons it was some kids just trying it on I'm always up in sittingbourne at the car breakers
  3. Fitted new seats, new stereo and fixed the boot light Got to get a new lock now though, some idiot decided to try to break into it and smashed the lock up pretty badly Greg
  4. No point bodging it! If you're going to do it, do it properly! Bet its completely nuts to drive!
  5. Love that first ZR! Is that a T series engine? I drive a 1.4 R25 so nowhere near what you've got but its a start
  6. cable tie the deflectors on
  7. That's what I thought! I had 4 different tyres on the car before!!
  8. Interesting debate going on here! My back tyres are both different makes as well but tbh I've not noticed a single bit of difference in handling! My mate has done the same and he's not noticed a difference either, as it was said earlier, these aren't racing cars!
  9. Got new seats fitted from a low mileage Rover 25, so much better than the tired ones that were in there before! Got rear mud flaps to fit and going to be doing some bits on the interior to make it look a bit nicer
  10. Got some on the front but can't afford rears right now
  11. course its not safe! Tyres aren't designed to be stretched onto wheels like that!
  12. Stretched tyres look terrible and are pretty dodgy tbh, I wouldn't go near a car with stretched tyres
  13. My mate has a 1.2 punto and its shockingly bad, just feels cheap and nasty and is so poorly built! Cant go wrong with the VW's though
  14. I passed this year, got a Rover 25 1.4, cost
  15. New brakes are great now they've bedded in just got to change the fluid and give the system a good bleed as the peddle is a bit spongy Also fitted some mudflaps to the front, they do a fine job of keeping mud off the bodywork. Just got to get some more for the back now
  16. This! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Kjh9lQXLWk
