Sorry I didn't get notification of your reply. You're right about price. I did come down more and it's now sold.

Up for sale is a lightly used P3 Pro. Only 2 1/2 hrs flight time. Never crashed or damaged. Not a scratch on it. It has 3 batteries. One is a brand new replacement from Dji. It's never been used. One battery is a possibly faulty one that still works but it had one cell that didn't seem to balance to the same voltage. It's included but I wouldn't use it for any long flights etc. Also includes: carbon fiber gimbal saver Lens cover ND filter 3 batteries(including faulty one) Price is £860 all in including shipping via courier. It's pretty much a bone stock rtr dingo. It has normal wear and tear like scratches etc. Everything works perfect. It will come with the standard 2.4ghz axial radio and two turnigy 3300mah 2s lipos. The original grey body has been painted black on the outside. It's not a perfect body but still all one piece and no cracks that I'm aware of off hand. Stock esc(which has been dipped in corrosion-x for water protection). I've swapped out the standard receiver box for a traxxas waterproof one, again to help protect it from the elements. I did add a perspex mounting plate for the esc and receiver box but I'll include the standard receiver box if I can track it down. I also have one new spare drive axle I'll also include. One other thing I changed was to drill a couple extra holes in the outer beadlock so I could add a couple fake beadlock screws which I felt in handed the scale look a bit. Price wise I'd like to be pretty firm on £155 including paypal fees and courier postage.

I really don't know what it's used for as I'm not from that area. I think one of the fellas said some folks fly planes etc from there. It's loads of fun bar the dusty mess afterwards lol

Isn't that essentially what happens with any business? I agree there's plenty of parts and items that I can't get to grips with the costs of the items. But many times I still end up buying them. I imagine that if we actually had the ability to see the overhead of some manufacturers, the costs may seem more justified. But obviously they also need to make money. Until I can produce my own stuff, I can't really complain as the choice is mine whether I purchase or not.

Trying to get my hands on some wing mounts for this plane. If anyone has a crashed one that's not been thrown out, I'd love to get them off you. Drop tanks too if they're available. Thanks Jon

A handy and fairly simple to do long term fix for things like this or other plastic parts are brass inserts. They can be had relatively cheap. I have a few different sizes I keep available. You just drill out the hole slightly smaller than the insert, tap it into place then put your screw back in as normal and as it screws into the insert there is pressure applied that slightly pushes the insert open and the knurled area digs into the plastic to hold it firmly in place.

Ouch! What are the chances you break your front bumper, then run without and smash the front end!!

Preferably I'm on the lookout for a DBXL. One with upgraded engine etc would be nice but I'll consider stock too. May also consider a well hopped up Baja. Let me know if you have anything and we can try to make a deal Cheers Jon

The stock one is definitely underpowered. I'm still using it though. Most my running is on fairly open terrain and I don't yet require precision steering. So I'll likely use it until it fails.

Always worth a shot to put up a wanted add in the classifieds. That's how I got mine.
