I did the interview and I think it went pretty well. I explained nearly everything about the company and exactly how many aircraft they have in their fleet. I even answered a question which they didn't expect me to answer which was, "we have a number of partner companies for Thomson, can you name any of them?, don't worry if you can't because alot of people dont know this", and it was Corsairfly becoz i remeber seeing a video of a 747 in a Thomson livery so I was alright with that. I took my practical work along which I did in college and they were impressed with that.
The only thing I think I screwed up on was when they asked about why they have winglets on their aircraft. I know the advantages and disadvantages of having them or not having them but becoz I was so nervous I couldn't explain how it stops wing vortices or how they are created, I just ended up saying, "it can act the same way as a wing fence which is fitted to swept wing aircraft like fighter jets" :/
Overall, I think I did good, just keeping my fingers crossed becoz I really want this. One of the guys even came down and complemented me on how well I did, just hope that its all paid off.
