  1. Its one of those things that makes the running of these buggies fun . take the pull starter cover off ,and gently tap on to something soft, usually grit is the cause of the pull starter not working. It gets stuck in the centrifugal spool,WD40 or something close will soon have it sorted .good luck

  3. if the carb settings have been adjusted .close them off "GENTLY" and re-set to factory settings. Also check the plug cap ,this can work when the plug is out and its due to the copper coil inside not touching the plug on re fitting
  4. i had same probs with mine ,it was the choke but all the fuel did the plug in. it would spark whilst outside the cylinder but nothing when it was put back in. i know it sounds daft but when you put it back together have you checked the throttle is closed ?AND are the fuel pipes on the correct nipples
  5. Try turning choke on/off you could possibly be trying to start it with choke in wrong position ,plug will be getting wet but flooding if choke is open ! disconnect fuel pipes ,drain carb and refit pipes and try again
