  1. Still sitting in its box. Any sensible offers Pm me. Could post as well. Thanks.
  2. Having kept an eye on this thread and on Urc forum as well as watching the videos I would say it wasn't an easy bash but on the other hand it wasn't hard. Trouble is every bashers opinion on easy and hard is different. There was some nasty landings yes and with the extra weight of the 6s lipo and the big wheels and tyres on these mt's doesn't help with landings like those, but they could have been a lot higher and it could have come down with more force than it did. If that was my truck and the chassis bent like that after that bash I would be disappointed and put it down to a design flaw and a weak point I do think with some diy it could be made stronger. Currently not sure about this atm I will await more videos and see how other people are getting on with them. Thanks.
  3. Hong Nor Nexx 10 Sct which when new only came as a roller which then needed all electrics, I've got the original box for it and manual. The shell does have some damage and cracks from being used on another car and has been sprayed on the inside and outside. I was going to repair the cracks and strengthen it more but decided to leave it as it is and let the new owner decide what they want to do with it, it is still perfectly useable. It's got a Wp Sc8 esc and a Tenshock Sc401v2 5000kv motor and also has a steering servo installed. As you can see the car and the combo is in excellent condition really and both haven't seen much use, it's all currently sitting in its box waiting for some use. So it's artr to make it rtr you will need your own radio gear. I am after .... cash on collection from just outside Taunton Somerset. Any offers or questions please Pm me. Thanks.
  4. http://abbotsrc.co.uk/Hemistorm-Addict-HPI-Baja-5B-bodyshell-P4953952.aspx Looks good. Thanks.
  5. Sort of the same as your other thread: http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/topic/198870-new-toy-wanted/ I'm afraid to say I wouldn't buy either. Thanks.
  6. Collection only but where abouts are you? Thanks.
  7. Sorry to hear this mate. I sort of agree with most of what Bigjimknickers has said the only bit I don't agree with is buy a brand new one as that's down to budget which you obviously cant afford as it is a lot of money. As said this is the type of truck these are its pretty rare they haven't seen some good bashing. Out of the three problems you have so far found: Tyre: The worst out of the three and should have defiantly been pictured and mentioned. Shell: Not to bad as its a basher but again could have pictured the inside as well. Wheelie bar: Again not to bad and you could easily see it in the pictures you were sent. With these types of trucks and them pictures I would be trying to view/buy in person but that's me. I wouldn't say its a 'very well looked after model' but that's also hard as everyone's opinion on 'very well looked after' is different. Ie most of the trucks I sell I obviously under rate the condition as most that buy rc cars from me think they are a lot better than I had said. Unfortunately this is the trouble with second hand sometimes. Hope you get it sorted, good luck. Thanks.
  8. Well I know that combo runs fine so hope you don't fry that one as well . That's good mate so you can get it running again and still the other combo so you can have both cars running. 5s is good power in the truggy. Sounds good so soon you might have two brushless st's and one brushless hyper 7 . As for the motors have a look at this chart here: http://www.castlecreations.com/products/neu-castle_motors.html Thanks.
  9. Sorry to hear I think you may have been unlucky I assume the esc that packed up was the Wp Sc8 with the Xerun motor? Yes a Castle motor will be fine with the Xerun 150a or the Wp Sc8 upto 4s, I assume your thinking of something like the 1515 2200kv motor? Thanks.
  10. Worked out well for you, looks like he had quite a few offers on it. Thanks.
