I seem to have misplaced the RC bug at the moment, need some funds for other things so selling some of my gear. I'm sure I'll find it at some point so not selling up, just shifting some stuff. First up is a Tekin RX8 ESC & T8 2000kv motor, it's never actually been run but I soldered some wires then needed to change the length so the posts are a little messy. I also snapped one of the sides of a post off, can be seen in pics (far right) as can the slight melting of the top plastic were the fan goes. This does not effect the performance and I am sure somebody can either replace the post or solder a wire with the part missing. The combo comes boxed, with two sensor cables, two spare fans and a Tekin Hotwire programer. Please note, I will NOT split this combo. SOLD Savox 1256 & 1258 servos, band new in boxes. Replied to D... Also as an added bonus, there's less to fail... My LST2 is just a roller atm, can't afford an LRP ZR .32...

The LST2 is nitro so it relies on gears and a servo for forward and reverse switching, therefore an FOC (forward only conversion) removes the unwanted extra gears and the motor will take those duties instead. Looking good D...

Thanks for all the comments guys, haven't been on here much lately and have really felt the love on this. As a little back history we moved in August 2008 don't really get on with this neighbour but the dog although a little yapper only really barks when the Postie or somebody knocks on their door. Wouldn't even call it annoying tbh, we've got use to it... It's easy to say, leave work, slap him etc but I would loose my job, I'm not risking loosing my SIA licence when there should be help available... Okay so I finished work and got home about 7:05am, all was quiet. I got our girls up for school, did them breakfast and packed their lunch. I opened the back door, let the cats out and went for a fag. Still all quiet. I then sat down with my girls to let them read to me and the damn dog started again, I got up, went out side and looked over the fence. I actually felt sorry for the dog because I think it's lonely and missing it's family. I'm an animal lover, we have quite a menagerie ourselves with a dog, three cats, two Royal Pythons (mine), a tortoise and about thirty Guinea Pigs (girlfriend hobby breads). Anyway so it stopped barking, I sat back down and my youngest had probably read two lines before it started again so trainers on and out the front door I go...... I really hammered on their front door, I wrapped the letter box and hammered some more but nothing. Then I hear a voice and it was the neighbour from the other side, she asked if I was going to complain about the dog and we discussed the events of the night. She was just as annoyed and had a very disturbed night herself, she mentioned the RSPCA and we agreed we'd see how things went. She also told me that she doesn't think the brother is staying there but just feeding the dog and leaving, this annoyed me even more... I went home and it went silent again, two minutes later it starts again. Okay so from what some of you guys have said this isn't major but after drawing a blank last night I'm frustrated to hell and after another ten minutes of barking I phone the RSPCA, well that was another wasted phone call because I am told that so long as the dog is visited once every 24hrs and fed and watered there is nothing the RSPCA can do. She did say that if I think the brother isn't visiting and the dog isn't being looked after then by all means phone back, another dead end. I decided to put a note through the door, just politely stating that the dog had barked during the night keeping the neighbours from both sides awake half the night and that the Police and Environmental Health had been informed. By 8:30 there was silence and I went to bed after a 12hr night shift. Whilst I was in bed my girlfriend spoke to the neighbour the other side and she was disgusted that the RSPCA could do nothing, I got up about 12:50 and it was quiet but at about 1:30 I noticed the back door open and the brother was there. Myself, my girlfriend and the neighbour from the other side went round and calmly told him what had gone on that night, he did apologise and said he'd had to go home that night for something but obviously that didn't make any of us feel better. Honestly I think this was an isolated incident, the dog has been more yappy the last couple of days but as above, I think it's just missing it's owner the it's usual routine. Again thanks to all for your comments and support, I was just frustrated and needed to vent last night but we too have suffered at past addresses and this with loud music. In fact just Saturday night my girlfriend was kept awake half the night from some idiot playing loud music in the early hours, so loud she could hear it word for word, it wasn't a local neighbour but one of the streets behind ours and she had no idea where it was coming from. After our experience of the uselessness of the Police and Environmental Health is there any wonder why people do it..... they get away with it because people can't complain, you phone the Police or Environmental Health and they want to know where the noise is coming from, so they want me or my girlfriend to walk around and do half their job for them? I am bloody fuming right now so here I am for a rant! It was 2:30am when my girlfriend texts me at work on my mobile that next doors dog is barking, it's woke her up and obviously we don't want it waking our 7 & 8 yo girls up. Now I'm at work, I can't leave and at 2:30am I don't want her getting out of bed to go out to our street with it's one street light and knock on the door to ask if they can shut the damn dog up, tbh I'm not even sure if anybody is there because the woman who lives there it's away on holiday and her brother is staying to house sit. Even more reason for not wanting my gf to go round there at 2:30 in the morning so I phone Suffolk police. I'm told that they don't have the power to do anything about it, apparently the council took this power from them and it's down to environmental health. If they were to go and the person refused too take the dog indoors there is nothing they can do. She gave me the number for environmental health out of hours but it was their offices which are obviously closed at 2:40 in the morning. The answer service did give me a number for out of hours office which I phone to find not only find it's several miles away but they don't have anybody available at 2:45 on a Monday morning.... The guy I spoke to said he'd log a complaint and someone from environmental health would call tomorrow, that's a lot of use now isn't it. I'm getting annoyed here, I phone my girlfriend and the damn dog is still barking so I try Suffolk police again and they point blank refuse to do anything about it.. WTF... Why do we pay council tax? My girlfriend and two children are at home with this damn dog barking and nobody will go anything... I'm f**king fuming!

Finished the last few bits of the front end of the MBX-6Te, took the rear end off the chassis and cleaned the chassis up. Had some adhesive from tape all over from previous owner, had to get the butane solder iron out to heat up a screw in one of the steering assembly posts. Got the front end back on the chassis with new screws, shame the T-Bone bumpers look so scruffy through. Tonight I cut the Pro-Line Bulldog body out, edges need smoothing and then I'll mask it up ready for spraying.

Glad you got the braking sorted, as my LST2 is "E" converted and I'd completely forgot about linkages so Danny deserves the credit for that one. You'll need a 1/8" drill bit to bore out the steering bell cranks because this link is thicker than stock, easy. As for the Hitec servo's, unfortunately they are not a direct replacement. Firstly it's quite a tight fit, you may need to bore out the hole in the chassis a little plus the servo splines are different. Yeah that's a pretty good call from Danny, I had my brakes turned right down because of front flips. The LST serieses linkage gives some great adjustability so check there first. Also forgot this on my last post but the BAC link, it replaces the stock link and is stronger. It is also longer so gives the LST a tighter turning radius and this also saves your servo's because you can turn down the endpoints. For the few dollars they cost, a worth while mod. I've still got my LST2, it's "E" converted mind but I'm missing Nitro so will be converting it back at some point. Before converting it I had intended on putting an LRP ZR .30 Spec 2 in but then LRP released the ZR .32 so I was going with that but then had the chance at a well priced Castle 1717, MMM, mounts and stuff so went with those. No mate, what with the E-LST2, MBX-6Te and D8Te haven't had the funds...was only joking though... All good here mate, you and yours? Up to you but I had a Flux, I had one but wouldn't again. Spent a fortune on it to make it stable but it just never handled as good as the LST2, only thing I've owned that handed worse was the Axial Wraith but then that wasn't designed for speed. Might finish the XXL one day, want to convert the LST2 back to nitro at some point with a ZR .32 so may be even longer before I finish the XXL. lol
