  1. Hi - still looking for one?
  2. Hi - Still looking?
  3. What's the condition of the lense? Interested for the right price
  4. Yeh it's only just started happening at the last 2. We've kind of said to just be sensible and keep a max of 8-10 cars out on track at a time and keep to like 15 mins on 15 mins off. Not policing just, just keeping everyone sensible. It's nice tho as fareham models supports a local charity and I think all of the profit goes to the charity. For the club it is technically free for the club to use, some of the money take. To use the track goes to fareham models, the rest goes to the pot to buy more stuff for the club. If only two people turn up, the club doesn't loose money. And the charging points and benches right next to the track can't really be gotten anywhere else!
  5. Also, the facebook group for the drift club: https://www.facebook.com/groups/514306398592835

  13. Good stuff! As southampton bashers seems to have died, a few friends and I created a group on Facebook called Hampshire off road rc bashers off on the side of the drift group we run called Hampshire drift RC, feel free to join!
  14. It's just simply there is too much current being drawn from somewhere. The lipo only delivers the power used, something is happening that's drawing the power in the first place. It could also could be external factors. IE it literally just being too close to the exhaust/engine and getting too hot.
  15. I got but the very first time by customs a couple weeks back, but from HK, always careful with order value from USA, anything under $50 I've found gets through as it's not worth the time doing it for anything less I think. Others have found that too
  16. FYI, I've ordered from these guys before! http://www.dollarhobbyz.com/hpi/savage-xl-octane.html?utm_source=EmailzDirect&utm_medium=Email&utm_content=Subscriber%2343696&utm_campaign=14-08-30_NewProduct Btw, that's a company that breaks new models for cheap parts. Even after the postage from the UK it's mega cheap

  18. With most 2.4 antennas, you'll find the last inch is different to the rest of the antenna wire, this is the active portion, in actual fact this is the antenna, not the other part, the other part is just wire. As long as the active point stays the same, your ok. Why do I know this? Well i fly FPV aircraft and have modded 2.4 receivers to take an antenna that has a longer lead so I can locate the active portion away from any of my radio transmission equipment to minimise interference and maximise range
  19. Technically you can extend the length of the cable and keep the active portion the same. It's only the tip that actually receives anything
  20. Sweet, I'm working from home today so gonna go play now! Thanks guys
  21. Yes it is (Spectrum SR300), even if it wasn't I could just run LiPo direct to servo and power Rx with a 5v BEC. I just want to know people's experiences with that servo and running 7.4v either directly or via rx and if it smokes or gives and negative impact on the health of the servo!
