Hi,no i haven't , i ran after oil through the engine . i could soon get it running tho. i charged the 12v battery for the starter box up the other day ,just haven't tried running the car yet . i will tho if your intrested . cheers mogs

It was last year when i thought about selling my car ,its been in a box and in the shed since then . So here is what im selling My Hyper 7 nitro offroad buggy and radio system On the car is - 28,6port SH engine, pt28xm-p6 JP1 exhaust 2 Acer digital ds1015 servos 4 Hyper 9 bigbore shocks 1 Hyper 9 filter 1 Truggy fuel tank 3 venom 6v 1600ma batteries 1 cmlr fastrax starter box with 12v battery And the radio is a Futaba 3GR-2.4G which comes with 8 energizer 2000mha batteries and charger which also charges the 6v 1600mha battery I added another fuel tank because the run time was quite low but only 2 screws hold it on and i have a new plastic side skirt to go on it does come with a body but it wasnt worth taking a photo of as its the same one since i brought the car ,all ways intended to buy a nice new shell for it but new bearings and bits and bobs came first . photos ok I would like £300 TF9 area Cheers Mogs

i dont think there cracks,,i think its just a casting line ,all of the lads hypers that bash with us have these lines .but yours might not be . lets have a looky

depends how bad its bent ,if its at a right angle then nothing will work if its out of line a cm or so then just stick it in the vice and bend back,,its not that brittle ,im allways bending mine . you'll have a job getting it spot on tho. heat never worked when we tried to straighten out brake levers on motor bikes .just quick blows with a big hammer did the job

well i have the 6 port and stone is waiting for the 8 port so we'll let you know once there back in stock and we've compared them next to each other. the bloke from rc direct was happier to sell the 6 port over the 8 port as he said it wasnt as tried and tested . he's a very helpfull guy, he first wanted to know the ins and outs of what i wanted the engine for ,track or just bashing ,what sort of track and all that . i think in general the more ports the faster it will be,less ports more torque.

i have one of these engines in mine ,,its a right beast,was using a jp1 on it tho which seemed to restrict it a little ,just waiting for my 810 bigbore pipe woohoo. had 1 gallon of 25% through it and nearly finished a gallon of 30% ..holds its tune and no matter how long i use it for the tick over is solid .still on the same plug.(i took the plug out that came with it the day i got it and replaced it with a 100 odonnels plug)the 100 plug has been upgraded now to the 102. was a little worried at first about how far i had to wind the lsn in to stop it from being so rich ,so far 1.5 turns out ,hardly had to touch the high speed needle ,,maybe half a turn in from standard. never goes over 94c ,not even after 11 mins of run time. bigger or second tank is a must . was getting just over 6 mins before.

i've changed to byrons fuel ..but only because the shop that i normaly get it from is finding it harder to get hold of . i cant tell any difference between byrons and o'donnels apart from the smell when its being burnt.

blah blah blah.. yep the cars dirty and so is the driving but i only nudge you because your in the way lol. the car will be in pieces tomorrow,cleaned up,new bearings ,new diff and shock oil and hopefully new tyres and wheels ,oh and a little secret but you'll have to weight for the weekend to see it . dude...we'll have to make the track bigger

2nd fuel tank..brrrrrmmm :-)

with a 16t clutchbell and a 28 engine i now get 11 minutes run time with the extra tank woohoo . i've cut a hole in my spare shell to see what it looked like and it doesnt look to unsightly. will take a photo later . the 16t has deffo made a difference to the fuel as well as it doesnt seem to be screaming its nads off as much

could the coil really damage the piston with no trace of damage to the liner..? makes me think its just an unlucky break
