  1. just watching it now on sky+. diversity were just unbelievable! oh and the phone thing they did at the end of their act....genius!!!!
  2. went to a wedding at gosfield hall near colchester. on the way there i realised i had forgotten my suit! had to stop off at m&s on the way to buy a new one!!! all i could think about during the whole wedding was i could have spent the money on a new engine instead lol
  3. yeah i agree the stock transmitter is crap. 20 plus years ago when i used to run my hornet everyone had stick transmitters, now they use this weird wheel thing lol. first thing i did when i got my stealth was to buy a stick transmitter!
  4. well it WAS after about every 10 tanks..... after reading the replies you guys have posted i think i better at least half that lol
  5. ive never considered that before. ive rammed my 1/8 buggy into my tool box at full speed in the park before and it was almost like the tool box exploded! i cant even begin to imagine what a 1/5 would do!!!! LOL
  6. i got 2 mini cab cards, a bank statment and these....
  7. alvarez is right you do have to get over the new feeling and just get stuck in. you'll enjoy your buggy a lot more when your not worrying too much about getting it dirty so far ive cracked 2 fuel tanks, broken 1 exhaust and lost 2 wheel nuts in 3 months lol
  8. this was taken after 1 months worth of use. i did use it the buggy pretty much every day and i wasnt gentle lol
  9. hi mate. welcome to the forum i do about 3 drops after every run in the hole where you take the glow plug out from. engine starts on the first pull every time
  10. the best line in this thread "the budgie died of fright" i mean seriously...thats comic timing and bordering on genius! i literally laughed out loud at that one!
  11. ...and the budgie died of fright rofl
  12. hi mate. a few of us from this thread have met in the past. went to a bash site just off snakes lane in oakwood about a month ago. i'll be going for a local bash in near arnos grove tube station tomorrow morning if your around. just fitted a new exhaust and fuel tank so i wanna see if it all works! anyone else up for it??
  13. yeah 25% is good. i can recommend byron.
  14. im a total beginner (3ish months in) and i found it very easy to get to grips with. the manual is good and very straight forward for setting up your buggy and engine break in. i cant comment on any other cars as ive never had them but the stealth gets my vote
  15. more like all the smoke in the front room!! id just bought the buggy the day before and decided i knew what i was doing so i filled the tank and pulled on the pull start.... id never heard a nitro engine before so didnt realise how loud and smokey they can be!!! boy did i learn quick! i was also hungover from the night before so my reactions were a bit slow. ...then it dawned on me i didnt know how to stop it! again...boy did i learn quick! she came storming out the bedroom and....well.... words were said... things were done... and lets just say the buggy has to stay in a bag in the hall way from now on and im not allowed to take it out while shes in or near the house
  16. 36, 5 months, 1 day and 12 hours old
  17. best thing to do once youve slit the throat of a camping- doesnt move from his one spot the whole game- sniping scum bag is to tea bag his corps. when he looks back on kill cam to try and figure out who killed him he should be sufficiently embarrassed enough never to snipe again and to contribute to his teams objectives instead!! :098:
  18. not knowing any better i started breaking in my engine in the front room while the wife was sleeping on a sunday morning.....she was mmmmad! ive learnt so much since then LOL
  19. ooooo and last stand....OH SWEET MOTHER OF GOD how much do I HATE LAST STAND!!!!
  20. nice one jon i am tempted by the picco you mentioned. im also in contact with r46 as we use the same hs and lives local so i could well get a deal from him. havent talked to him about it yet though. im predominantly after speed so the others you mentioned sound good. im liking all 3!! are they all rota start? just out of curiosity why are you choosing the o.s over rb and novarossi?
  21. LMAO im the same! i hate juggernaught almost more than rankers, campers, snipers (sorry guys) and people who glitch! :098: i normally use stopping power with type 100 on large maps and mp40 double tap and steady aim on smaller maps. my kill record in one game was 88 on dome playing domination using mp40, double tap, steady aim and frags. on cod4 it was 127 using my beloved red tiger rpd on shipment
  22. thanks for all your advice guys. ive now got lots to think about
