lehner, don't think I would want to go more than 15s, tried 16s with alien esc, snapped motor couping

with the esc I got, 15 max

not sure what max size lipo motor can take to be honest

Needed a bit more speed, should do the job

smoked the xl2 won't be getting another or repairing, better esc's out there

cycled new battery

replacement 4s battery (under warranty) one cell went down

think a lot more than 60, I did over 50 with my mt on 8s, hopefully they can get the part I need

not ran this buggy for months, so as I had a couple of new 8s batteries, I decided to take it out on a longer "runway" and run it on 16s! the alien esc, surprisingly or maybe not, worked straight away, once it had traction (as you would expect on 16s) it was ballistic, no gps didn't save to "history" only thing that broke was gear shaft that fits on motor and holds the "A" gear not sure why? but will get another and try in the dry, the esc took all that was thrown at it, must be a different version, just keeps going, hats off to Bruno, whatever he did, shame it's not got the features of the max5,

performed very well considering the conditions, lots more speed to come from this, you need some batteries like mine and that will be ballistic

I like it but wouldn't buy one, the only thing bad about it is that silly black thing in the middle

yep its todds alright, I ordered it, paid for it, got it delivered to my address, paid custom charges for it, todd has paid me, thought I would show a brilliant boat to you all, before todd picked it up,

new boat arrived today, not mine but delivered to my address, looks the dogs, wont be running till next year, imported from the usa made of figreglass with c/f inlay on hull and hatch

what speed were you doing on 8s? got 3 diffs in mine, was quick on 8s till the esc packed in

had a big problem with the max 5, switch exploded! don't know why but after market sales from, rcmart, hobbywing is a disgrace, sent esc back in august for warranty repair, still not got it back .for many weeks they (rcmart) say please be patient, should 0f been sorted much earlier
