hi thanks for the reply i think i will be getting one then as for the power pack i think i may have a 12v charger in the shed. -

model shops will solder connectors for you if you ask them to. are there no local model shops, computer shops, garages ect near you. i'm sure most places that have a soldering iron will do it for a quid or two if you ask them nicely. alternatively which area do you live in most of us on here would do some soldering for you.

not sure about how many batterys come with it and you charger is for lipo only but that charger isn't really suitable for rc car lipo's it only charges through the ballance leads

ok i took it out last night and was well amazed. i left it on factory settings and ran it on a 8.4v nimh and i reckon its faster than my losi system i think you're right about the punch i could hardly keep hold of it on level 7 think i will set it how you have yours and give it a go thanks for the advice

hi i have a few questions firstly if i need to change the motor direction which two motor leads should i change? when setting the esc for lipo is the autocalculate good enough or should i set it on a specific number of cells? it is going in a 1/10 buggy so what settings would you recomend? bare in mind i had a xcelorin system on it before thanks im sure there will be a few more questions when i have it on the car
