  1. nice one mate, as soon as a few people look at this thread again we can arrange something. btw i hate your pic lol
  2. a little trick i used to use, if it feels as if the is no fuel in the engine, remove the air filter and put 2-3 drops of fuel directly into the carb and open the throttle so it flows into the engine. Or you could try deliberately flooding the engine, then remove the glow plug, flip the car upside down and pull the pull start a fe2w times until all the fuel comes out. then you can re fit the glow pplug and then you know its fully primed
  3. I didnt even know you could get the copper washer the wrong way round.
  4. yeah, i think that they are the same as mine mate. obviously mine are duracell, but this is my first 2.4 so im still learning. Any other ideas welcome
  5. i cant remember exactly and i cant look as im at work but they are duracell, i cant remember what mah but they aint bad. Anything else it could be???
  6. i charged my tx the other day for probably a whole day and the LCD screen displayed around 11 or so volts. so i turned it off and turned it back on today, the alarm was going off and it was flashing that i now have 7.4V. I didnt leave the tx on and the batteries are, obviously, rechargeable. So i was wondering what the problem could be.. Thanks
  7. what are peoples views on the thunder tiger AT-10, reliability, spares etc etc Also i was wondering, are spares interchangeable between the AT-10 and the DT-10..??
  8. id love to have a bash at something like this. its such a pitty im so dense with electrics, i would have no idea were to start lol looks good though, good luck with it all

  10. What are peoples thoughts on the step up stinger on MS. it looks pretty cheap but im looking for a cheap leccy to see what they are like compared to nitro models....
  11. +1 on the hyper, i love mine. strong, reliable, pretty nippy for a 1/12 and good spares back up.
  12. +1 for the hyper mini st, i own one and its a crackin little thing. its not massive but it can still shift. it would be great for a young lad getting into the hobby
  13. any chance of a few more pics mate please?
  14. As said before, it depends weather you want something that requires a lot of care and attention. Thats what drew me to nitro ( not saying that leccys dont ) i wanted to be able to maintain it, fiddle about with the engine, and make the car run how i wanted it to run, i didnt want something that i just pluged in and went. Wheres the fun in that lol
