Can't comment on Nikons but as for canons to answer your question generally the less numbers the better. The xx00D is the real entry level, the xx0D is amateur, x0D and 7D is keen amateur semi pro and, 5D and 1D are professional. The 70D is meant to be a very good camera - Same AF as the 7D but a better sensor. What I'd go for sub

You can improve your photography a lot through critique though, it's always good to get others opinions on your work.. Even if you ignore 90% of it the 10% you do listen do can have a big impact on your work. It's choosing who to listen to!

Well there is nothing wrong with the photos themselves, just the editing I was commenting on... The first mustang shot on the top of this page is top quality but the editing just does nothing for it! Radioactive grass is never a good thing

I hate to say it Carl but that processing is disgusting. What's with the OOF vignetting? Makes it look like you shot it with a milk bottle. There are some good angles in there but ruined by the processing and dare I say it watermark. Sorry for the rant! Harry.
