After a very long break from using my gear, I have noticed that i have alot of parts are missing or unusable. I need gearwheels, pinions,layshafts, fuel tanks, servos Let me know what you have please?

Can anyone make a recommendation for settings using MM ESC with a CC 1717 or 1515

I am going to have a go tomorrow see how hot I can get my motor,then get a temp measurement

That seems a very low temperature limit,i will have to run my CC motor up and get a temp reading

Am i right in thinking the MCD is 4WD? If it is hes losing lots of usuable power through the powertrain and transmission

Yeah thats exactly what i have done too, I have always been into hop-ups especially on my RC and full scale cars,i just love loads of more usuable power,i must have spent thousands on those over the years

Thats a shame that the motor connectors are 6.5mm,the same as on the CC variant. No dramas there for me then as i have a CC ESC

Just ordered some custom pinion & spur gears 14T and 48T going for MOD 1.25 this time though,seem easier to get in the UK

Been busy changing the diff oils tonight,put 2000 in the front and 5000 in the rear. Not entirely sure why Maverick used Kluber grease in the diffs,thats what they use in 1/5th Adjustable Diffs,sticky as hell though!!!!

I have the same cooler as Spriggan it works a treat too

I have noticed that the CC motor is very notchy,apparently is something to do with the magnets inside the armature. I Think the Sirius motors could be the same,as they are similiar in design

No i always charge them on seperate ports on the charger,so be very careful guys as your batteries are even higher capacity than what mine was.

It aint no joke when a LIpo that size goes Boooommm!!! it makes a right mess,got all the replacement parts on order now nearly

Well after my pinion disaster yesterday i thought things couldn't get any worse!!!! But of course they did I had a 5000mah 3S decide to blow up and burn while it was charging on my girlfriend's kitchen floor at 3am this morning. Luckily now serious damage it was out the patio door in less than 15 secs onto the grass in the back garden,just loads of toxic smoke and a right mess of bits all over the kitchen. I am so glad it was in a LIpo Sack to contain some of the explosion,but i still managed to get some of the fragments from the explosion in my lower legs. Totalled 3 charging leads,2 Balancing boards,Lipo Sack and battery of course in the process though

Grub screw got caught in the teeth of the spur gear and mangled everything,pinion was still stuck firm on the motor shaft didn't even budge any Got my Castle cooler today,so its now fitted works like a dream

Pinion grub screw worked its self loose this afternoon and dented/ripped the chassis plate also mangled the plastic gear guard

I stripped the standard ESC out so its up for grabs if you want it and used the MM one to go with the CC 1515 that i now have fitted.

Mine took 5 working days from EU warehouse

I am weighing up the gear combos at the moment,might even change to mod 1.25 spur and pinions
