cheers mate, yeh i have the manual it's just my settings seem completely out of sync compared to the manual. im going to set them back to stock settings and go from there. cheers.

im not too sure what to do as the car has been running fine, i might have to watch some vidoes to see how other savs are performing- but they will have a different spec probably....oh well im sure i will sort it. thanks for your help ziggy, any help on my other topicc??? sound like such a n00b but am in quite a daze..

i was just having a quick read of my s-25 manual and thought i would see how my HSN and LSN settings differed to the recommended settings. i found my HSN was 6 turns out compared to the recommended 2 1/2-3. and LSN was 9 turns out?! compared to the recommended 2 1/2 -3. Yet the sav seems to be running well and the exhaust fumes seems bang on from what i have read. engine is about right- using the spit test......i am really [CENSORED] confused.....

Evening folks, just a quick question, i have a sav ss with s-25. if i get the engine tuned properly, should i be able to make it wheelie?? also, if anyone has a sav similar to mine, could you tell me how turns for each screw HSN AND LSN- i'm aware that with the nature of these engines and the environment that needle settings will differ for optimum performence- but just wanted a rough guide......cheers in advance. Just bashing on my local park for about an hour, then suddenly the spur gear strips, i don't understant why it's done this again as i was going at WOT pretty much all the time and suddenly it strips........any ideas? I'm sure the meshing was ok....

Is it possible to wear down the tread on an underhead, becuase i just took off the cooling head and took the underhead out to find that some of the tread was on the piston! I think the cause may have been a new glow plug that i got yesterday...although it should've been fine... has this happened to anyone before? this is an S-25 by the way. thanks in advance.

you can change to 20% mate, but i would recommend you re-tune when you use a different percentage fuel..... riks.

will i lose out on anything if i out an R3 in? i.e. performence..

evening all, just wondering whether a medium R3 glow plug would fit on my s-25? i have a feeling it needs an r4 though :S

the brown pad?on the spur gear? i stuck a new one on...

found it, it's in the old spur gear, any tips on how to get the thing out- it's stuck in!
