Seems a bit strange that it came brand new from model sport with the low speed set too lean, that's why i didn't fiddle with it, but il try this out il get back to yah tomorrow

hey again, got my hyper 7 running pretty good, run in is finished and i've started thraping it around the place. 1 thing im worried about is a weird thing my engine keeps doing, basically when its stood still on idle, sometimes it randomly kicks and starts moving by itself slowly and the engine sounds as it would if i were to give a tiny bit of throtte. I have fiddled with all the most obvious causes to this problem, none of which have seemed to work. I tried leaning it and richening it with the high speed needle, i have tried playing with the idle screw, i have adjusted the servos so there is a little play so it cant accelerate by itself, only thing i havnt touched is the low speed needle. Think this is the problem? thanks.

Ah well i've ran the engine in, and i added lots of after run oil and air filter oil into the carb and moved it, seems to be ultra smooth now. Also, the blue ribben wrapped round the carb thingy, i ripped a tiny bit into that by accident, will that be okay? Seems fine.

Hey again, Recently bought my hyper 7 black edition, and the carb seems to be very sticky, when its open full it struggles to close and i have to push it closed with my hand, and sometimes it struggles to open? Is this normal with new cars and will a bit of WD-40 do the trick?

Also, it seems the carb gets stuck when i try moving it open and closed, and wont move when i accelerate and brake on the controller?

Basically, straight out the box my hyper 7 black edition, stuck the batteries in turned on controller and cars electrics, on the default setup the braking and throttle were back to front, (squeeze pistol grip to brake, push forward to accelerate) Unless its meant to be like this? Well i fiddled with the buttons at the top left (servo rev switch), and i got it the way i want, but now when i let go of the accelerator, it just sticks the breaks on and i cant adjust this with the controller, doesnt make a difference. HELP!

Yo, ordered some stuff with express delivery last night, got an email saying its due to be dispatched this morning at 9am, anyone got any ideas if il get it by Friday? (Tomorrow) and how early it'll be arriving, not sure if IL be home to collect the delivery and i couldn't get threw to modelsport to ask them this =[.

Hey, i will be buying a hyper 7 black edition in a couple of days, i heard that the glow plugs tend to die on these pretty often, can someone give me a modelsport link to a good glowplug that will fit my engine?
