This is after about 4 tanks of fuel! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65oHzQ1Q2Nw Starting to think my controller might be on the wrong settings as I have buttons on there that im not sure what they mean, one seems to reverse the sterring servo I see. Oh that reminds me, when I push on the brake it hits the tank, is that right? Any ideas guys?

Ok thanks mate ill try on the throttle again on and off but yesterday when I tried it wouldnt move an inch!

Yeah the servo is moving just not the car, does it need to be tuned or something? No haven't got a fail safe yet.

Good news guys, I got it started a few times and let it idle on two full tanks of fuel. However I then tried to move it forward very very slowly to get it going a bit but it wouldn't move? The steering is fine but when I pulled back on the controller there wasn't anything happening, could it be that the controller needs tweaking or something? When I pull back everything moves on the car but just not the car it's self. Oh I tried to start it for the third time and it wouldn't start again, any ideas what that could be? I feel better now that I had it started a few times but slightly nervous now that it wouldn't actually move and now wouldn't start on the third attempt. Not too worried though because it was getting late and neighbours probably hate me lol

The plug is brand new, the glowstarter maybe the problem then as it's been on charge since 1 but maybe that wasn't long enough? It's not making any noises at the moment? Any ideas from here for a newbie with a brand new hyper 7 :s

I purchased my Hyper 7 today from my local store (got a deal in the end) set it all up when I got home and now I can't get the thing to start. Done what he said gave it a few pulls (covering the exhaust) so it flows round etc but it won't start, it's not even making a nice as if it's trying to start either. Every pull seems to shoot a little bit of fuel out the exhaust! Any ideas guys?

Thats what I was thinking mate, lol im new to this so getting everything wrong at the moment sorry! Yeah it's the .28 then as I said to him to race this I would need a .21 and he said thats correct. Isn't it worth more anyway with a better engine like a .28? Hyper 7 seems a great car with parts everywhere especially on ebay (which I like)

I don't think it was the standard Hyper 7, im pretty sure he said Hyper 7 pro or sport or something? It comes with a red and white shell if that's any help and a .25 engine.

Never heard of it to be honest mate, guess it's closer to London than me.

I have just got back from my local shop today and really wanted to get a car this afternoon, I was hoping that they had a decent choice in store (which they did) but wasn't sure whether to make a purchase due to The Terminator stating the other buggy (the Nitrotek pro) was such a good one Anyway I asked what they thought was the best buggy they had etc etc and they said the Hyper 7 would be the best, I also saw the Rex which I love the look of but they thought the Hyper 7 was the best out of the lot. I then asked what the price was and when they said

Im about to purchase the VRX-2 Pro (hope im doing the right thing) and i wont look like a fool with it at my local track but whats it like on a track with lots of jumps compared to a truggy? Also is the pull start ok on them? I see what you mean about the parts, was slightly worried as I didn't see any on ebay before and I live on there lol
