  1. Hi Guys As a newbie who's hooked on drifting, just wondered if there was anyone around here that fancied meeting up?
  2. Hi Guys Can anyone recommend a few places to buy nitro bikes from and what makes are the good ones? Thanks Greig
  3. Hi Have a look here: http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=40601 Would be good to get something arranged.
  4. Give us a shout when your planning to go, if I'm off I'll come along.
  5. Found somewhere quite good fun, Eaton Park in Norwich has a Speedway track for bikes, the park warden said we can use it anytime except Sunday afternoons. Was there earlier today, great fun power sliding/drifting round the corners. Anyone interested?
  6. Yes, I'm still a newbie but having just broke in my first nitro car, my manual said 2.5 turns were the maximum.
  7. Get some speed tape, it's self adhesive and will stop the melting.
  8. Sorry for the newbie question, what/where is the servo saver? The new servo should arrive in the post tomorrow, so I'll report back. I hate being new to something!!
  9. Thanks, I've tried that and still nothing really changes much. I'm sort of stuck being a newbie, don't want to go and order another servo if that's not the problem.
  10. Hi All, Being a total newbie, just wondering if anyone is from Norwich? If so, fancy meeting up for some bashing.
  11. Hi Thanks for the tips, I checked the steering trim and played around with it and it doesn't change anything really, when the trim is fully left it does turn left slightly quicker and vice versa on right but still such long turns, this is in a huge grass park, it would never get round a track.
  12. Hi, thanks for the reply. Just checked and they are HPI SF-2, probably not very good but surely the steering shouldn't be that bad?
  13. Hi Guys Very new to all of this so be gentle. Recently picked up my first r/c truggy and buggy, a Hellfire and a Hyper 7. I seem to have a problem with the Hellfire steering, when it's on a stand both wheels turn fully left and right, when I use the car in the park it's rubbish, the turning circle of the car is so bad, the Hyper 7 will turn in such a short space but the Hellfire needs loads of room. Any idea's? Thanks
  14. Hi Guys Quick question from a newbie, picked up my first Nitro truggy last week, I've put 6 tanks through it as per the running in instructions, just trying to tune it now, when I increase the throttle past 50% it is hesitating, do I need to lean it out further? Sorry for the question but I do not have the instructions with me. Thanks
