Nah, not done the Evo yet, needs a bit more done than I first thought, I will have it ready for tomorrow thoug (I need to get a bash in, it's been a while lol). Hope you feel better soon mate, I was ill last week.

That's the first I have heard about them not using the track any more, pitty as it looks a really good track, will have to have a word with Glyn and see what is what.

Cool, my bit should be here and fitted by then, a mate of mine might be bringing his plane to fly around the field outside the track aswell as he wants me to film it and put it on youtube ( there isn't a video of his plane on youtube).

Yeah it is a lovely day, I was looking forward to going to the track even if it was just to watch you have a bash, we will sort something out for next week, I will have the bit by then.

Sorry I have left it so late, the part did not turn up, been waiting to see if it would come this morning, but no joy. It should be here for next week if you can make that, if you wanted to go today I could meet you but will have no car, let me know what you want to do.

I am waiting for a part off ebay, it should have been here by now, if it isn't here by friday I will not be able to make it this weeked, I will post again friday (or before) to say if I got the bit I need.

One of them is a member on my boards, he is a top bloke who makes some great toys for the r/c's.

Give these guys a try, I know you said you don't want a purpose built track but it isn't so much purpose built, it is a bmx track they have permission to use. Worth taking a look on their boards and seeing if you can meet up with them, they should know of other places in London to bash so is well worth trying. http://www.burgessnitro.co.uk/ I plan on visiting them this year as I love the look of the track they use.

Have you given the engine a tune since running it in? It will probably be running rich after break in so you may have to lean it out a bit, tunning isn't very hard and when done you will notice it is running a lot better

Hi Ian, welcome to the world of nitro r/c, it is a great hobby Are you just looking at getting into on road cars or do you think you might get into bashing an off roader?

They have just done some more work on it, I went over there today with my evo and got a few pics It is a great track with some brilliant jumps, well worth the drive if you like to bash hard

I have broken a fair bit on the Evo, in the one day at the skate park I broke, shock tower, heatsink, battery box, front wishbone and engine head, the track isn't as bad but bits still go, the way I see it, it is a hobby and all hobbies need money throwing at them so why not spend on spare parts and then bash it like it should be bashed Yes Indie the track is in Peterborough, are you close? I would meet you for a bash one day if you are up for it. kgsric, Yes the clips are all mine, most of them have been in other videos of mine so that is probably where you have seen them before (well I hope so anyway lol)

Sorry for the bump, but are there still people looking for a bash in the area? I live in Peterborough and we have a good few places to bash, we have two BMX tracks and a few skate parks.
