  3. ****SOLD********SOLD********SOLD**** Hi all, Got an X1 CRT RTR for xmas . But i dont want it lol. Would prefer an Xbox 360 and some other "things" and my Revo is plently for the rc side of me. If you havent heard of the X1 CRT, where have you been!??!!? Very good top quality truggy in RTR form with engine and all radio equipment. Just needs the normal starting equipment and your away. This is 100% brand new. Wheels/Tyres not glued, packaging not removed, its all even still bubblewrapped! Comes with everything you would expect to find if buying from the store. This cost £350 however im willing to let it go for £300 including p&p. Saving of £50 and nothing lost ****SOLD********SOLD********SOLD****
  4. Out of all the RCs i've had, I miss my blooming LST and Mini LST the most! I love the losi design and loved thier trucks. Sure the LST1 was plagued with problems but the aftershock has had these sorted out as said by Hoss. But it still stands that the LST2 is a much better machine. I would look at the LST2 4x4 is selling for £300 incl. STS engine and other bits and pieces. If that all fails, there is the Hyper 7 TQ. If your on a budget this will be perfect as it can be driven hard and will not break easily. Although i would also check with your Local Hobby Store (LHS) as to which rcs they stock parts for. For a basher, theres nothing worse then a broken part and having to wait a few days for parts. Well at least me because im soo impatient lol.
  5. Remove piston, remove clutch and then it should come out with a bit of force. Of course yours is dead so get a hammer out. EDIT: Ohh conrod, bring piston to the bottom of the stroke and then using pliers, pull the conrod towords the backplate. It should come off. Just tug and rip it out since your engine is scrap.
  6. Are you sure mate? I know thats how it used to be, but upon checking paypals website, it doesnt look like they have a limit anymore. In fact they say if you buy multiple items from a seller, you have to file seperate claims for each item. Im in the same boat with a missing parcel from Hong Kong
  7. Microtech Racing offer free p&p for orders over £30.

My guy is looking for a How To on hacking the Nintendo Wii to play backups pmsl. There is no such thing, wonder how long it will take them to figure out.
  10. Probs because you've got yours on a Hyper 7. The Hyper 8 engine mounts are designed too low for a pullstart engine and hence bend the chassis. I solved this on mine by using 1-2mm thick spacers to allow a pullstart engine to fit but that was STS and they're pullstarts are only a tad lower than the crankcase. Cant tell from pic but i presume the difference is too great on Nosram to simply use washers without effecting stength. However i heard Ho-Bao made some new mounts to be able to use a pullstart engine . Maybe never released; i never took interest once i sold my Hyper Anyways, great block you got there. Pics + Vids, dont forget
  11. Shh stop pursuading me to get it over a jato! It cant be that quiet, still got a .18 shoved inside. Although the "exhaust" does look like it could dampen the sound quite a lot. And its only £125 brand new from Modelsport! BTW that is ARTR, does that mean it only needs TX + RX or servos aswell? I mean NO, jato!
  12. Jeez, just checked it out on modelsport, .18 engine!!! No wondering it shifts. Think il just get a jato.
  13. Can someone tell me how loud this little things are? I may get one to use in the garden AND to use when i let the revo cool down lol. If they're too loud though im just going to go for a jato and not bother using anything in the garden!
  14. pmsl what are the chances, another sav 21 w/ reverse etc sold for exactly the same price . TBH it sounds like he's lying. He probs saw this one sold for this price and so valued his at that price. I checked on the completed listings and there was no other sav21 sold for that price Anyways, i've seen sav 25 on the forums sell for £150 ish so keep your eye's peeled. Or do the intelligent choice and get a revo
  15. I presume this is the one: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SAVAGE-21-MONSTER-TR...1QQcmdZViewItem It has sold for £141 including p&p. Ebay + Paypal fees will be a tenner and postage will be £20. So he ends up with £111. And i would rather save my money then buy this for £111. Save and buy a brand new firestorm. You know you want to lol. If your looking for a basher, grab a hyper 7. Many say its stronger then a sav and can be found cheap on forums etc.
  16. Ok time to split: RC18T as a roller. Will come fully boxed with manuals + original wheels and tyres along with one servo. Also has the upgrades as mentioned above and will also come with a Graupner speed 300 motor. Not tested recently but was working and is very fast. £50 posted Mamba 6800kv, working perfectly apart from the blinking red thing but probs a setting problem or a reflash will sort it out. Works perfect when turned on though and is very fast. Will also have deans plugs fitted onto the ESC and not used much. Also have box and i believe i have the instructions. £50 posted Mamba USB Link cable, works perfectly. Very good piece of a kit to have. £10 posted. RC18T spares, tons of arms and hubs and knucles and all sorts. Over £40-£50 worth of stuff in there. £25 posted which is a bargin. Could even be resold individually to make some money. URC Xtreme 71 batteries. 8.4v 1100mah. These things are powerfull! Very good make. Some heatshrink has come off on one pack but only on a small area. Both havent been used in a while. £10 each w/ deans fitted. All postage is first class insured. BTW Hpi has first dibs on Mamba and Tamiya has first dibs on the Cable. If you would like either, drop me a PM and if they decide they dont want it, it'll go to you!
  17. Anyone up for taking it today at 130 posted?
  18. Will reply back asap if splitting. Got another guy interested in buying it all
  19. Nothing wrong with it, no doubt just a setting problem maybe? Works perfectly once the radio is on and the switch is moved into the on position. Just when the switch is in the off position, it blinks red Regards to the link, i will sell but only if the RC18T goes first as a roller etc.
  20. SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD Hi all, Want to trade my good old reliable RC18T. Just to put things in perspective, i've owned this for a while and tried my hardest but never broke anything lol. The RC18T is in fine order. Runs beautifully and dang its fast! I've changed the steering link for an ally one to decrease the amount of slop and the steering brace is also been changed to ally. The front bumper has been replaced by an RPM product which is brilliant. Also wheels and tyres have been upgraded. -Diffs are a bit iffy but i've got them fully tightened and they seem to be fine. Couple odd screws also dont fully tighten. -Shocks leak but this is a common issue with the 18T. ATM there is no oil in them as it would just leak but i dont really see much of a difference while bashing. -Mamba keeps blinking red when i connect the battery but the switch is in the off position. As soon as you move it to on and have the tx on, its returns to normal Ok i would like to trade this for somethnig nice please lol. To be a tad more specific, im up for anything tbh. Absolutly anything. If its a 1/18 then i will trade ONLY the RC18T rolling chassis with one steering servo. However if the trade is worth it(i.e a decent nitro), i will include the mamba 6800kv, 2x 8.4v Xtreme 71 battery packs, stock motor, spare original wheels + tyres, castle creations link cable, and at least £40-£50 in spares. I can get a full list of what the spares consist of but trust me, there is a lot .Will come fully boxed with manuals either way. So just hit me a reply either in this post or via PM and im sure we can arrange some sort of deal.

    Revo.....:)

Tornado fuel is sold not as a UK gallon, but as a 5l tin which is why SamC probs got confused. Anyways byron/o'donnell costs me £22 from my LHS and tornado is £26. With the tornado though, you get an extra 1.2l. From these prices: Tornado works at £5.60 per litre Byron/OD works out at £5.78 per litre However it seems the traxxas engines prefer byron so grab some of that.
  23. Graphically the PS3 looks superior (from the few side by side gameplay scenes i've seen on youtube). However price and huge delays have lost my sale. 360 Here i come!
  24. Please dont try flipping the Fun Factor MT2. My mate had an ST2 and even over tiny little jumps i cringed as it has a huge habbit of breaking. I know if my mate tryed to backflip his ST2 and it landed even a tiny bit wrong, it would be broken. I even bet it would break if it landed correctly. But this is the ST2 and i guess its not designed to be jumped much but its almost identical to the MT2.
  25. Arghh i was going to get a 360 next month (or month after) but now the Wii is looking very appealing and cheap lol.
