Yeah like today - the baja SC just had no chance racing around the oval as it kept spinning out. Tried my punisher (after the race was over ) and it had great grip. Thing is though the 4WD get boring cos they just go where you point them, The 2WD take skill with the throttle which i would love to learn one day . Crimdon is tricky though as the dusty section near the hill is like ice to a 2WD - well it was to me anyway. But if lap times are your thing its gotta be a 4WD imo. I'm resisting a losi for now......

Aye maybe a visit to south shields should be done as that big oval looks mighty attractive. Might get some grip with the SC lol. I have been to S/shields lots of times but never even noticed it tbh, spent too much time at the funfair and riding the little steam train in the park. Maybe 28th July? Flat tarmac, pretty flat field, and the beach as well...my mcd hasn't been out for a while and the tarmac would be great for drifting *F-pit needs careful consideration - like no running at the car park so the noise doesn't affect the nearby houses..
