Hi All. Had an FTX vantage for a few months now and although not broken it yet I'm thinking about picking up a spare spur gear for when it does break. Not looking for any gains in speed or torque just yet as running fine with 2c lipos (Brushed) I know the standard ones are pretty cheap (£3 or so) But as an upgrade is there any advantage with going for a Hardened Acetal type over a metal one? Also, are they simple to replace or is it recommended to buy a whole slipper clutch unit and swap this as and when needed.? Many Thanks

Hi all Any recommendations for an upgraded Steering servo, I require on for an FTX vantage. After a bit of a bump I don't have much left steering, although right seems ok. Plugged the steering servo from another car and all was good. I know the factory supplied servo is pretty low end. Any recommended servos to opt for? Will look at changed the steering linkage aswell at the same time Many Thanks

Hello. We have a few cars in the house which all have 2c Lipo batteries Have 6 batteries to charge which as you will appreciate takes a while I'm using a Turnigy Accucel-6 charger which I used for Airsoft a few years ago. am I able to use my card battery as an input for this charger or even one of the 12v sockets (cigarette) is this something people do or is there a reason why people don't do it. still new to the hobby. Hello. My 8 year old daughter has an FTX carnage, she loves it's but is struggling with the transmitter. she finds it hard to reverse. I have a couple of stick type transmitters for boats but she can't get on with them. Is there a transmitter that is smaller than others? Looking at the FlySky GT5... This looks smaller than others but have been unable to find anything to confirm this.. Many Thanks

Hello all. Looking at picking up an FTX vantage 2 My question is... Do I buy the brushed version and upgrade to Brushless if or when it dies? Or go for the Brushless version from the box? Would an aftermarket Brushless Motor/ESC be better then the factory supplied. Many Thanks
