  1. sounds good. Do u have meets up there or just solo days out? Just found a bmx track in Nuneaton hope this works as never uploaded pics b4! IMG_0296.JPG
  2. I have just got my St up n running and would like to go bashing in some decent spots around nuneaton and Hinckley areas. It's pants on ur own so is anyone up for meeting for some races (for fun like) ??
  3. hi. Where will u b going and when as I am looking to get bashing wit my truggy. Is there a big gathering?
  4. I have an HPI Evo 3+ and am a newbie to nitro. It is an awesome machine, trust me!! I have had a few bumps in it but no lasting damage and it is off the hook. Super fast, 50mph+, sticks to the road like glue(with the right tyres) due to wicked handling. Parts are really easy to get and cheap! Took it out on a track the other week. Wicked!!! Had a right blast.- A Quick Video of me mucking about on the track - Cost me £280 all in brand spanking. Included; 1gallon O'donnells 16% fuel, Schumacher starter set(fuel bottle, glowstarter+charger, screwdriver set, 4way wrench) and extra glowplug! plus the guys at my shop have helped me tune her up and give me advice as and when needed. Top guys at Concept racing. D
  5. Marty is correct on that one Volks. I Have tried the link and it seems ok, try again later. Good site
  6. A = HSN - High Speed Needle B = Idle C = MSN - Midrange Speed Needle( i think, mine dont have 1 of them) D = LSN - Low Speed Needle Try the link below, it might help. http://www.hpieurope.com/kits.php?lang=en&cat=n-on Have Fun.
  7. Oh dear. Are your servo horns moving coz if ur pulling trigger and its at tick over maybe the rod has snapped i.e not opening the throttle. Let me know how that goes.
  8. A link to me having a quick muck about on a track. These things are superfast. I will get some better vidz soon. this was my first filming attempt. And that by the way was not the best way to stop the car, Via ramming the tyre wallss!!! ooops!!!!
  9. Thanks Mate, What engine do yo u have in it. I got the T3.0 2.2hp and it is ******* fast! I struggle to keep it on the road to be honest. Trying to tune it can be a bugger tho. Well impresive and loads of hop-ups available. I got some new Purple fuel tubing. Looks smart. Have u got a Corrado shell then? coz i have been trying to find some classic shells for ages. Where did you get it from? Cheers
  10. Hi, They will fit perfectly as the RS4 comes with 26mm as standard and the offset is 0 degrees as standard. I have just brought some venoms for mine with a 2mm offset and they fit well sweet. fill the arches nicely! and yes the sticky out button with a spring around it on the tank is the primer. A quick link to a vid of my Evo3+ (its my first atempt at a vid and using youtube, go easy on me)
  11. Hi There i too own an RS4, what type you got and have you had it long?
  12. Hi All, I just cant seem to get my RS4 tuned in. Took it to my lhs last week and he tuned it in a treat. since then i have changed my fuel tubes from 2mm to 2.5mm as one split and cant get the bugger setup right . Had a go the other day but got frustrated and gave up. How much differnce can 0.5mm make to the lean settings??

    Failsafe

I have had a Massive problem with my Failsafe. I have an Mtroniks waterproof failsafe and it's only a week old. Been working fine until a couple of days ago. My receiver stop listening to my tranny-no steering or throttle for no reason at all. changed batteries and still the same prob. My Evo shot of at WOT and ripped the exhaust out of its rubber coupling. Don't worry no damage. Phew!! Next day seemed ok, went to my local specialist for a tune up and half way through him tuning it, it did it to him - the tranny stopped being received(without damage tho). He removed the Failsafe and all was Instantly sorted. Im not too sure at the mo as to whether or not to try again or buy a new one. Any thoughts or probs with your Mtroniks Failsafes?? Cheers
  14. I've done that one too. First time the manifold came away from the engine when i used a kerb to stop the car (fuel spitting everywhere!) The second time was when i was on a track and my Mtroniks Failsafe went off on one and my Evo shot off at WOT (for 10yards only thankfully ) then stalled.Went to it and the Pipe had come out of the rubber coupling. No damage tho to car or engine as she still runs and sounds like a beast! Oh yeah, I have now removed my FAILSAFE and the throttle problem seems to have stopped as I noticed a week after fitting it my throttle kept going haywire and my tranny would just stopping working i.e no steering or throttle.
