Cell Connect Error

Hey all, my son has a Lectron Pro battery charger. When he goes to charge his 3S batteries, it started beeping and saying, “Cell Connect Error.” His brother has the same charger and it did the same thing. Is it an issue with the batteries or the charger https://omegle.onl/ https://vshare.onl/? We plugged in some 2S batteries and they charged just fine.
