Can't see why not!! As it's an oversized .21 crankcase!!You would need to do some mod's too your truck first!! remove reverse gear(one way gearbox)metal spur gear..Upgrade/rebuild diffs. Which .21 conversion kit thinking of using?

This Tmaxx looks like series1 if so i wouldn't think u'll get 250 for it!! Theres a 2.5 Tmaxx with .21 conversion selling@£250 has numberous upgrades installed..

Ok alloy engine mounts are needed! Your linkage sounds to be off some if its hitting idle screw!!What i suggest to you to do is adjust linkage retainer on carb(The plastic which rod sits in on carb) How to do it: 1:remove linkage rod from carb( also remove servo horn off servo) 2:(remove air filter)Now open an close carb to see exactly whats going on..Most likely plastic has moved that be reason why hitting idle screw.. 3:Have carb fully open undo centre nut(8mm socket/plug wench) an move plastic over like too open more, then tighten nut But be sure to check that it doesn't hit idle screw!! 4:refit linkage rod, servo horn be sure Handset is neutral before refitting horn!! readjust spring tension an check see if got full thottle. then goto brakes adjust them up!! Hopefully You can understand guide!! Burn nitro!! Once this all set u may have too adjust idle an slight tune up!!

I personally spoke to their engine technician who Said These where SPECIALLY designed for schumacer an that contract ceased quite a few years ago 8-9yrs!!.....

as stated above engine parts ain't available!!! plastics is!! THese Nitro10 flywheel,clutch setup is reversed compared too current kits..So engine swap isn't as straight forward as u would think!!!

The truck is called Nitro10 irvine 15(unable to get engine parts again tho!!I need crankshaft for mine!)There was an 4WD version also!!Then the storm come out with Leo.21 few years down road engines become thunder tiger then XTR3e was concieved(New gearbox,output yokes,carbon fibre towers,wheel lock by nuts not allen key)...just get Xtr or 3e as these are stronger especially chassis!! blue chassis(nitro) and silver chassis(leccy) got if anyone interested....
