  1. Hi, is there any groups that meet up in the Rotherham Sheffield area for RC bashing? I generally go to a little skate park in Brinsworth Rotherham but it’s becoming a little boring on my own. I run an Arrma Notorious 6s.
  2. Hi, I know it’s a bit late but I’m looking for a group to go bashing with in South Yorkshire, I live in Rotherham and just behind where I live is a little skate park I use for my Arrma Notorious but I would like to find more spots
  3. Thanks Raul that’s a great bit of info 👍
  4. Would anyone know the thread size for the nylock wheel nuts on a vintage Tamiya Quick Drive Thunder Dragon, they are smaller than the standard M4 but can’t find any info on them
  5. Hello, any members on here anything to do with the purpose built RC scale truck course at the Bridlington Model Boat Society? I’m looking for some advice kindest Regards
  6. I grew up playing on the Bolehills, I can honestly say the BMX track was the best for RC cars , my Tamiya QD Thunder Dragon spent many a ............ 10 minutes on there before the batteries went flat. Also plenty of fields and rocky hills to climb, only downside would be the land mines left by the local dog population
  7. Hi, sorry for late reply ! The photo above is the actual combo I have left , yes this was removed from the Hot Shot kit. Hope that helps. kindest Regards

Hi, I’m desperately after a set of new or really good condition Tamiya 46003 1/14 Quick Drive Thunder Dragon wheels, I believe the part numbers to be 43001 fronts and 43002 rears. Restoring the car to be a shelf queen for nostalgia reasons, it was the first RC car I ever owned and was bought for me for my 8th birthday in 1989 from Beatties, I’ve now just turned 40 !
  9. I only have 3 which are kept on a shelf in the wife’s office! On the other hand my collection of 80 plus OO gauge locomotives and hundreds of boxed rolling stock are kept in the loft 😬
  10. I have a Tamiya TBLE-02 ESC (brushed and brushless control) and a Tamiya brushed motors for sale, all have been removed from kits but never used so as new. ESC £20 each posted, motors £10 each posted or ESC + Motor combo £25 posted. Collection welcome from the Rotherham area close to junction 33 M1. Any further photos or information please ask and I will do my best to answer your questions. 1 set already sold.
  11. Great, thanks for the advice 👍
  12. Thanks, do you need a separate power supply or control unit?
  13. Has anyone fitted a light kit to the Escort mk2 yet ? If so which one did you use ?
