  1. Awesome, Ive been to ashton court a few times as its not too far from me. I saw that Nunney Quarry is meant to be really great but not sure if its still accessable? Ill need to try some bmx tracks when a replacement chassis arrives haha, I'm always unsure what the "laws" are around rc cars and wehre you can use them. I'd have thought bmx tracks etc would be busy?
  2. Recently got into Rc cars and enjoy messing around. Just wondering If anyone is from the Bristol area and knows any decent spots to go bashing? I found a thread from 2012 and thought id try and revive it haha. Obviously covid makes it hard to do meet ups but Id be up for chatting with other people in the area and sharing locations etc
  3. Well Ill be damned, Im guessing hpi is the same company or something as hsp? Thanks for the help
  4. Yeah Ive always quite liked the style of desert trucks https://www.hpiracing.com/en/kit/mv12620 Cheers for the link they looks like they would fit
  5. I have the DT if thats what you mean? the desert truggy one
  6. Oh sweet, what parts because im pretty sure the majority of strada cars share a lot of parts
  7. Hey there, Recently got the strada DT as I wanted to have a bit of fun with rc cars. Not looking to get super into it as I have many other expensive hobbies haha. Just wondering if anyone knows any place I can get metal upgrade parts for it? I know Maverick sell official steering hubs and c hubs I believe?? but my thinking was lots of these budget cars share similar parts ?. The front lower suspension arms keep uncliping when going over bumps or accidentally crashing etc so Id love if anyone knew of some metal arms that would fit? Hopefully you got the gist of what I'm trying to ask, I am very new to the hobby and would rather not just be advised to "spend £1000, anything less is crap". Thanks
