Hi im having the same problem what size bearing do u need to replace it every is sold out so can’t buy a replacement thanks

I do have a spare pull start crank aswell but don’t want to start stripping it down haven’t even had a shot of it yet

Yeah I have everything mate just when I tried to start it the roto was spinning so thought I would have a look when I took it apart the bearing that was attached was in bits

So does this mean it has been fitted wrongly or is it ok it’s a hyper 7 tq sport Mac 28 engine

Hi locky There is pin I just need the bearing but probs have to buy a new unit this is how the car came to me bought it with loads of spares as other hyper needed loads of part so hopefully get two cars working 🤞

I have unscrewed the screws of the back plate and yeah it’s the same as above just need a new e30019 as I have the rest 🤞

Hi I’m not sure if it was a cops pull start it was a roto start just got the car today and the bearing had gone as it was spinning had a spare hyper 21 pull start but was unsure how it would fit thanks again for the advice

Hi guys just bought one of these hyper 7 tq with loads of spares and need a little help it has a roto start if that’s what’s it called and it’s broken the bearing . Can I replace it with a pull start if so how? I have taken roto start off the car and wonder if the bearing inside is stuck any help cheers

Hi been on this site a few times got a hyper 7 been struggling to get it running right just wondering if there is any local to Newcastle / north Tyneside that could lend a hand to get it tuned better lol thanks in advance

Yeah had a new os8 plug got it running but not the best still sluggish now the front wheels aren’t going Center diff is just spinning something ain’t right lol will investigate and let u know

hi peoples following up after i got a old hyper 7 I got her started running went well for a few times out really flies lots of blue smoke loved bashing around on the fields anyway had a crash with the car batteries came out and ended up hitting a fence now fixed I hope looking for anyone local ish to north Tyneside to help retune the car seems to start then died tried a number of things on the carb have now sickened myself lol thanks for advice paul

Cheers for the help one last thing what fuel as went on to the website seems to be a few just don’t won’t to buy the wrong fuel thanks in advance ordered glow plug and starter and new battery holder

This is the picture of the car needs a new battery holder as the old one is corroded what glow plug is used for this model and anything else I need I know fresh fuel and probs a new glo starter

Hi guys just joined to see if I can get some help I was working in a loft I’m a joiner and found a old looking rc car hoboa hyper 7 doesn’t start been there a few years unsure where to get parts if there even right looking for help to try and get the going for the kids and the big kid in me that always wanted one of these but got the wires ones lol thanks for all the advice in advance
