  1. Hello, I bought one of these recently, first petrol RC car, I was using it for about 5 mins and all working ok, drove it back over towards where I was standing and it just stopped beside me as in braked, I tried controls but unresponsive, and then it just took off at full throttle, way out of sight and crashed, injured a wheelie bin by snapping it's wheel off, the car just had a bent steering linkage so it came off best. Glad it was a wheelie bin and not a child, pet, person as I think it would have snapped a bone easy, or worse, blooming lethal really. Apparently it has a built in fail safe, not sure if that is what it did when I drove it over towards where I was and looked like it braked on it's own, if it was that and it had some sort of issue, should trying the controls make it just fly off on it's own at full throttle? If I hadn't of touched the controls after that, would it have just sat there until I pushed the kill button that is on it? I benched it with wheels off the ground to try and see if it did it again, and it did, all working fine with steering and throttle, then unresponsive, doesn't rev or steer, try the controls, nothing, and then the engine just go's full throttle. I've read about the PICO kill switch, so if the car loses connection or whatever it just kills the engine, would that conflict with the failsafe, and where can I get one of those?? I could bench it again and wait until it happens and touch nothing to try it out I guess. I've attached a video of this happening VID-20200401-WA0007.mp4 Thanks, TNO.
