High I'm the middle of a rc10t4 upgrade Project I was upgrading the front arms When I tried to get of the front plate the screws striped and I tried to Dremel them but it didn't work also what is the screw size

The car is an rc10t4 I'm planning to add rpm front and rear shock towers also aluminium front hinge pin titanium turnbuckles with rpm ball joints rpm arms front and rear 12mm conversion new tyres for different surfaces running on 3s With surpass esc andgool RC motor then get a rc10t jconcepts body shell and paint it turquoise and I'm calling it the basher T4
