Hi All been sent to this area by (oh how original) I've developed an app which means you can click the map and it will drop pins around you showing recommended bashing and drawing locations. I need your your help with locations across the UK. Everyone I ask says they struggle to find good places to go so I hope this helps. The app with have official tracks and locations sent by you guys/girls, we also have some tv shops saying once it’s up and running they will Ofer sales and discounts via the app. I also want to include your videos videos from the sites you visit. the locations will have pics, terrain and access information amongst other data. If you you can help with locations that would be awesome. thanks again

Hi thanks I’m in Birmingham so travelling out to find a good spot is part and parcel of living in a concrete jungle lol. Ive had mixed reviews so it’s probably a 50/50 split at the moment, some say they would love the option to travel and give an area a go...some say maybe people like yourself who have lots of options they wouldn’t need it. most other sports/hobbies have an app so I was just surprised to see not one for RC cars. i want to make it more than just locations by user. I’ll have official tracks, reviews on cars, upgrade videos and user submitted videos. More like a community via the app. Thanks for taking the time to reply though

Thanks for the reply it’s a good point and I guess people do pop into places with the hope of not getting caught or inciting complaints. it does make the app even more relevant as building a data base of locations would allow people to use the areas trouble free. i also want to include reviews and details like terrain and access so key features to allow someone to understand the location and if it’s right for them. Ive spoken to a couple of land owners local to me and they seem open to being apart of the app and opening some areas to RC users. Its going to be be a big task but well worth the information.

Hi Everyone, My family and friends have been into RC Cars for a long time, I'm newer to the scene but not a complete novice. One thing i found when asking everyone from friends and family to people i meet in the RC Shops is where to take the cars, this seemed to get a response most time like "that's one of the hardest things to find" now i know there are plenty of details for official tracks but this got me thinking and where YOU can help. Ive put together a basic app now i need to fill it with locations, my aim is to ask for all you guys\girls to send me the locations you think others would enjoy like a good bumpy park area or a gravel and grass mix in a public field. once i have all the information you can simply download the app and search for locations near you or just filter it to a certain mile radius and anything within that circle will pop up. i want to also include review notes to get feedback on the location and videos of you guys on site ripping up some dirt. i hope its something you all agree will be good use and create a real go to app for sites near you. Thanks for your help in advance, if this needs posting on a different thread please advise and ill move it.
