  1. KK truck store sells a bracket I have used one on my Scania https://www.kktruck.store/product-page/front-steering-and-gearbox-servo-mount-for-tamiya-1-14-truck
  2. Quick video of it running at the local club https://youtu.be/bm233aHCzyg
  3. Finished build I even managed to get a second speaker under the hood enjoyed this build was easier than my Scania and cheaper it's going to pull my lowboy trailer
  4. More work on the cab Those air filters where too shiny so carbon fibre decal and detailing on the pipe going into the hood And got to have a bull bar
  5. Bit of a jump test drive electronics fitted went with Beier USM RC 2 again fitted speaker and boxed in you may notice the lack of lump called the gearbox decided to try the servonaut motor and gearbox
  6. Putting the cab together Then started the dreaded wiring And wheels on
  7. Opps realised I need to shorten the fuel tanks Started to stick chrome bits on the rails
  8. OK out of the box tart the build First get the holes drilled for the third axle Black grill for the cab and painted the beacon This truck does have a long frame
  9. Hi all Sorry just doing this now I take pics during the build but am terrible at building a post to go with the build so here we go. I decided that as I now have 2 trailers I need 2 trucks for hauling. So had a look thinking I wanted a triple axle and decided to go with the Grand Hauler as it has a nice long frame and doing research the american heavy haulers are not stretched the 3rd axle is directly behind the sleeper cab.
  10. OK all finished beacons sorted strange but sorted and load added
  11. Now finished quite happy with it got a Wiring issue with beacons but on the whole happy with finish
  12. OK updated first decals and detailing parts Wiring for rear end into disguised as cables into control box Some decals Some more detailing
  13. Well finished the build hooked up to see what will like Opps still had one part to design and print to cover rear supports Managed over last to weekends to prime and paint then hopefully lacquer on next weekend Oh it's BLUE! Hoping to get finished next few weeks
