Hi folks. Dose anyone know of any spring compression tools suitable for 1:5 scale? I know this is usually just a two handed job, but I only have one good arm, the other was mashed in a road accident so I no longer have the strength. I’m sure I could cobble something together with a load of old washers and thread bar and nuts and bolts, just wondering if there’s anything already out there on this scale. Many thanks.

Anyone know where I might find a slick tyre for the Loss T5? I have thought of trimming the pin spikes, but that would be a pain and probably lead to an uneven finish. I'd sooner not mess around with different rims or wheels from other trucks, unless they're known to be a working fit. Any ideas? Many thanks.

Sorry, I should have mentioned I have two upgraded servos running the steering and there’s pretty much no saver movement, I’m able to run that really tight, so it’s not that.

Hi folks. I asked this question a while ago, but my account appears to have been lost and I can’t find my posts. I don’t think I did anything wrong, I suppose I haven’t been here for a while. Anyway, a Losi 5T E conversion, lovely kit, only top stuff used. But it steers like a very large fat pig. It’s not vague, it’s just wide, even at low speed the circle is terrible. I’m no top end engineer, but as far as I can see the setup is more or less identical to my Losi DBXL which is much better. Of course it’s not the same parts and there could be a lot in the ‘more or less’ part of that statement. However I remember others saying they had the same problem, and I think I remember someone advising removing the front sway bars and some other adjustments, but that could have been for something else. Anyone else had this issue and solved it? I’ve missed a load of the summer due to random reasons, I’m keen to get some time with this and annoy the local council as soon as I can! Many thanks.
