Thanks for the replies. I am currently running a 3S 5000mAh 65C with a skyRC 8.5T (4000kv) brushless sensored motor & 60A ESC. I will get the gearing configuration tonight any help will be appreciated.

hi, i currently run 3S but would like to upgrade to 4S in the near future. Could anyone offer any ESC / motor solutions for a 1/10 scale that will run 4S? looking for overall speed not acceleration. Thanks.

Hi, my name is Paul (37) and live in the North West. Built my first Tamiya with my dad at 13 which was an old Alfa Romeo German Touring Car and about 20 years later after it being in the attic i pulled it down and rebuilt it before it went in the bin. Ever since then i got the bug for it again and has become a hobby for me and also build cars for my two young sons. I enjoy fixing them, taken them apart to clean them etc. and i probably the bit i enjoy most. I currently have a 1/10 Absima ab3.4 buggy with a brushless sensored system i will get some pictures uploaded asap. Glad i have joined the group and have enjoyed reading peoples posts. Paul.
