Thanks guys. Once I fit the lights on the the little light bars I made up I'll upload some pics.

As above. Bought a cheap crawler roll cage off the bay. Which was way too small. Then just chopped it up and used the sides. Welded on new bits to change shape and lengthen. Worked out a treat. Painted it white with some good old hammerite spray paint.

I put an o. S.. 18 cvr in my hotbodiea stadium 10. Works a treat and makes it very quick. You do have to carry out small mods but any engine should fit. Just remember to match your exhaust direction and Carb to your current set up

What tyres would you recommend?

Stock tyres. Is that a bad thing?

are the figures for oil you are quoting in WT or CTS? I have tried the 10k,50k,5kcts and still get front wheels balooning even with tape. Thanks

What diff oil set up are people using on the a hobao sst e? If you can kindly provide the information in cst that would be much appreciated. I would like to reduce front tyre ballooning. Also what shock oil front and rear please. Thanks

My 1/10 truggy keeps spinning out of control on tarmac when I try and throttle off too quickly. Any advice on whethee changing diff oil might solve this? Thank you

Dear all. I have a left hand tuned exhaust I'd like to use on my car with right exhaust on a o. S. I have. 18 cv rx. The problem is I ha e to turn the exhaust upside down which meanst the fuel tank pressurising gubbins is now mounted upside down almost. Would that cause any issues?

Thanks for that. I heard this a number of times before and never thought to try it. Used a Heat gun and started up a treat. Perhaps 4th pull Cheers

Dear all, I have a HPI hotbodies lightning stadium truck which I have had for the last 15 years, it has been fitted with an 0.s, cvrx .18 engine again about 10 years ago. Just wondering if there is anyone in the hertfordshire, Hatfield area versed in the tuning of these cars and whether they could spare a bit of time to show me how to tune and start up car a bit easier. At the moment it is taking me quite some time to start the car up. I have done a lot of youtubing and googling etc but still takes ages to get the car started. Thanks
