Thanks for the replies. The main problem is the wire with the plug. I have seen the extended wire kit but don't think that's even long enough. It'll cost me £16 to find out, too. In hope that someone has done it before on this kit.

Hello, I am new to these forums in search of some help. I have just bought a Hobbywing Xerun Axe system for my Gelande D90. Because of the short motor wires it seems I have to find a new place to fit the ESC. Does anyone have any ideas or pics of inspiration of their Defender models which are also using the Hobbywing Xerun Axe system ? I'm hoping to get the install looking astidy as possible. Thanks
