Cheers all, we're not for from Retford so right on the edge of Notts / S. Yorks. Ideally I'd like to go for something a bit better used rather than something of lesser quality new. I've been looking at Rustler / Stampede if I can find a decent option as I do like the Traxxas range. I'd love to go for 1/8 but I suspect it will be out of my budget. I'm sure it won't be the last though, just hoping the litte'un gets into it se it can grow from there. Got a great area down the garden I can picture as a jump track ?

Hi, joined mainly to hopefully take advantage of the For Sale section and browse for tips, tricks and advice. Bought my son a cheap GearBest 1:12 car for Christmas which he has absolutely loved, it's had more parts changed through damage that it's virtually no longer the original car - 3D printing has a lot to answer for to keep it going but it's finally beyond resurrection Now looking for a new vehicle for him to advance on, hopefully 1:8 or 1:10 to cope with grass as it will be mainly used on our own land which is mainly grass with tarmac driveway area.
