  1. Hi fellow RCers! Got myself a Merv a few weeks ago. It's a lot of fun. I was thinking of giving the diffs a bit of a service. Anyone have a good suggestion for the diff oil weights for front and back? I think they are 30k standard but any suggestions? I love bashing and jumping the thing. Thanks in advance.....
  2. If all else fails, a Hobbywing P4de it will be. Thanks Noj Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  3. Thanks Noj. I will just try the fixes from above posts first, but if they don't work, I was thinking of putting my xl5 brushed motor and esc in if they'd fit. I'm upgrading my P4de to a hobbywing brushless combo. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  4. Thanks zachsmyboy. I'll take a look. Much appreciated. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  5. Thanks for that. I'll give it a try. I'll let you know how I get on. Hopefully that's all it is. Cheers Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  6. Hi Ross9999992. Thanks. When in reverse, it will brake. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  7. Hi everyone. My son has an ECX AMP MT brushed car. Especially had this car for 3 months. We love bashing and off roading our cars. Unfortunately we went to go out the other day but for some reason his car will not go forward. It steers and goes in reverse fine but not forward. I have tried to contact the shop where I bought it but they are not getting back to me. Any ideas please as he's missing his car!! Thanks in advance. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

  9. I've got a brushed XL5 p4de. I'm going brushless soon and want to run 2s and 3s Lipo. I want to be able to charge Nimh too. Don't want to spend more than £50.
  10. I'm looking to buy a Lipo/Nimh charger. Don't want to spend mega bucks. What are your thoughts? Suggestions for good Lipo batteries too please.
  11. Thanks Candyman. That's good to know. Especially as the pair will cost well over £100. It is something I will definitely want to do eventually tho.
  12. I'm going to go with that Hobbywing combo for sure. Under £100!! Haven't read a bad thing about it either. Awesome! What lipo batteries do you guys use or suggest and would work best with the combo? I'm also looking for a good budget lipo and Nimh charger. What do you reckon?
  13. Thanks Geeze. I've actually done the bearing adapter already. I read so many posts about that being a must do upgrade for brushless. It's such a cheap upgrade too.
  14. Definitely. I'll take a look at Jenny's and dollarhobbyz then. Cheers
