I bought my first petrol 1/5 scale a few months ago and was going to buy a DBXL after researching it for a few weeks. It's cheaper than a 5T but after so many people saying you would spend loads just updating bits that fail within a few uses I was still focused on buying a DBXL but once I got to the shop to buy it I saw the 29cc 5T and never even looked at the DBXL.
Ive run it stock until the steering servo failed which I replaced with a spektrum 9020 and I ordered a tuned pipe but otherwise it's still as it came out of the box and I'm happy with it.
