Depends how much you want to spend and what you expect. 450 size frame is a good compromise,250 is a bit small and if you are not that confident is almost an accident waiting to happen

Losi 8T,try and find and electric one,Hyper ST Pro nitro by default,HPI TT Flux,maybe but it is god awful to look at,ST4G3 do they still make that?

Yeah but truggys what I was looking four are either nitro that I dont do or the electric ones are a bit cheap and naff looking. if someone knows of a decent electric truggy let me know.

The odd thing is in the summer they would probably tolerate the noise if it was light and the weather was nice. In the winter when it's dark by 5pm it almost feels too late to start making much noise.

Mabye but just stick your finger over the end of the pipe,it's only the tip,it will still be hot but it takes all of 1-2 seconds to stop the car,just man up

Just avoid what a lot of people do by buying stuff off ebay cheaply without knowing what it is they have bought.

OS no8 Pretty much a standard plug that works in just about everything

There is oil in the fuel anyway so if it is used daily it wont hurt not to use the after run oil. I would stock up on plugs more than anything,they don't fail often but you can get through 1 or 2 during break in due to running the car rich,also when one does fail it is annoying not to have a spare,I always had at least 2 spares at any one time. You only need one threadlock really as well,aren't there also cheaper nitro starter kits as well as the HPI one at £16.99?

If that is the case then you dont really need to oil it each day after use. If it is going to be standing for maybe a week or so between being used then use it.

Also you have have 4 engine after run oils? You only need a couple of drops not gallons One will last you ages.

Only other ones they do is Byrons and Optifuel,take your pick. That MS stuff is very oily.

Engine stopper is for dismantling the engine I think,it certainly isn't used for stopping the car whilst it is running. Ditch the cleaning spray,not really needed. OS 8 plug will do just as well and that fuel is naff!

Looking for something myself at the moment. Got paid quite a bit more this month than I was expecting and not got anythng at all for now. Been looking at quads etc but not sure where I could use it and if I could even fly one,I dont want a Pantom thing either. Would like a truggy (is that the right name?) bu tmost of what there is is nitro or electric and rubbish looking.

I was looking at a quad that they sell. They had it listed on ebay despite them showing no stock on their website,I asked them via ebay and they said it was a mistake and they removed it from ebay. Today it was back on ebay again with still no stock on their website. Asked them again and they said it was a mistake but not sure how it is happening,makes me wonder if they are trying to get peoples money first and then hope they will wait for the item to come into stock? Also they are asking £5.99 delivery for an item that costs nearly £300,bit of a cheek I thought. Has anyone every bought anything from them,how did it go?

To be fair matey there are very few people here who seem to have any answers with quadcopter stuff. I have been trying to get a reply to a simple question I asked about 1 week ago.

I would suggest you have the channels connected wrong to the receiver. I think Spektrum receivers are laid out different to everyone elses
