Working fine now, thanks, would have thought the batteries would have been better after only one tank of idling! Been looking at the link you sent for the hump pack, what charger are you using out if interest? Seem to vary in price massively!

Yea no problem, I won't hunt you down if it doesn't work! I'll test it with some x4 decent batteries tomorrow and if that solves it then I'll get a hump pack ordered but I'll let you know, I'll be happy if that's all it turns out to be!

Ahh that might explain it, I'm using the batteries that came with it as I've not even ran in the engine yet, it's only had 1 tank through it. Maybe I should just get a hump pack then?

Thanks for the reply, yes everything is plugged in properly. Plugging in the savox sends it crazy, I've not even driven it yet ?

Hi all, I finally got my Trophy Truggy 4.6 but I'm having a nightmare... I've upgraded the steering servo to the Savox SW-0231mg and have placed the stock steering servo on brake and throttle duty. Now all that happens is the fail safe on the RF-40 receiver cuts in all the time, even if just left there. I've got a racers edge glitch buster and nothing has changed. If I disconnect the Savox (steering) I still go into fail safe when applying the brake, I've adjusted end points and everything - what am I doing wrong? Please help!

Hi all - first post on here. I'm upgrading from my rather old Savage 25 to a Trophy Truggy 4.6 but have some questions around upgrades. I've trawled this thread for hours looking for the answer, but, do all the Savage X 4.6 clutch bells/spur gears, clutch shoes etc fit the TT? I'm fairly sure they do but just want to confirm as HPI don't list a lot of the parts as compatible? On my list to upgrade I have: Savox SW0231MG servo Stone Fuel Filter Failsafe Unit Savage X Alu 3 piece clutch - 87196 HPI Flywheel - 86271 Savage X 17T cluctch bell - 77107 That will be it for now - just hoping they're all compatible!
