Same @Ag100 - i run the Nanotech 2200 2s in all our LC racing cars regardless of whether SWB or LWB.
-
First link I think @Ag100 - they have 12mm hex suitable for LC Racing.
Typical that i've converted SWB to LWB, would have left it if I had known that was coming out 🤣

Yes, they look mean in black, not sure what they are.
If anyone can ID them that would be great

I only really wanted that set for the little one. Unfortunately you can’t buy it on it’s own.
Could build through Bricklink as an option.

The 2018 one is not really on my wanted list. The older one on the other hand is 👍🏼
Like it.

My lads monster truck will easily wheelie on 2s and stock motor.
Great little cars IMO

I think, although can't be sure, that they are to adjust the suspension arms and stop them hitting the hinge pins??
When my lad bust his suspension arm and noticed them too and just adjusted them so the pin hits the chassis and therefore doesn't put undue stress on the suspension arm.
I could of course be totally wrong!

Has anyone tried the 3rd party light kits you can get? Been looking at the lights for the batmobile, mustang and even the speed champions sets.
No, one's I've seen are very expensive - looking at £60+ i think.

Not jealous at all @ChrisT 😁
Wanna swap - I can offer the preparation of a 244 page logistics contract included all legal wording and annexes? Sounds fair yeah?

Damn. I guess the price goes up once they've retired.

They sure do. Many buy more than one when they come out as an investment.

Looks really good, and yeah it's a big 'ol lump, good effort @oodboo
They did some great cars in the Creator range aside from the Aston and Mustang:

Yes Lego has very much changed. Like you I remember when the Lego sets you bought could build not only the Fire Station but also anything else your imagination could lead you to. (My Mum still has the Lego I played with as a kid) OK that is probably still the case today but the vast majority of sets now have very specific bricks making it slightly more difficult. But that has also meant the growth of MOCs, some of which are very impressive.
Like the newer Speed Champions sets, the complexity increases all the time and the amount and type of innovative building techniques always amazes me. There's some building steps and parts on my Creator Ferrari and more recently Technic Land Rover that are really interesting to get to the desired result, of perhaps just a brick in a certain direction.
Lego in our house has changed from toys and being played with to kits that are bought to build and display. Hope your collection grows as much as mine 👍🏼

You will have to cut the battery holders to make them fit but they hold securely with the velcro strap.
Here's the exact battery which I run: https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-nano-tech-2200mah-2s-25-50c-lipo-pack.html?queryID=56967d895c71d773d2006a0126c885f6&objectID=30637&indexName=hbk_live_magento_en_us_products&___store=en_us
