Hi everyone. Got my new traxxas slash to day and.......... its broken!!!! GREAT! The back part of the tub that holds the battery and other electrics has snapped before i even got to use it. Is this part of the car going to be a weak spot? because I got the impression it was going to be tough!! Cheers chris.

I think im going to go for the slash. How easy would it be to upgrade to bruhless at a later date??? at the moment i know not a thing about swaping motors and esc. would the instructions that come with it help???

Firestorm seems quite cheap for a nitro is it going to be any good? Can it be upgraded ie bigger engines or is the one it comes with going to be quick enough?

How easy is the maintanace on a nitro do you need to do it after every drive? not to worried about tune-upfor time being just keeping it running ok? cheers Chris

Cheers. The only thing with nitro is I don't reallyhow it all works! Sorry if that makes me sound a bit simple. but it the filling and cleaning of the engine and fillters? would all this info come in the instuctions or is it a case of figure it out your self. Hi. Im new into RC cars and im trying to decide which rc car to get can you help decide. I have got my eye on two but if there are any others let us know. The 2 I have got my eye on are: HPI FIRESTORM 10T RTR or Associated B4 RS RACE SPEC RTR BUGGY. So would this nitro be best or electric buggy. I got approx £200 to spend so if there are any other suggestions that would be great. Hope some one can help. Cheers Chris.

Hi im just getting started and i need some help on knowing what is what. I have got my eye on 2 cars and i don't know which is best? assembled Tamiya XB Sand Viper cost around £135.00 with rc 540 motor (whats it like) or assembled Associated RC10 B4 RS RTR cost around £190.00 with a Reedy Radon 17-turn motor (whats it like) unless there are any other great cars I have not seen welcome to any suggestions? ok I know the more expensive one is more likely to be better, but will it be WOW better or just yeah it goes a little bit faster thats it. I know im just starting and I know people say well the cheaper one would be a good place to start, but I don't want to buy something think its good and think i should of got the better one thats miles better and i should of paid that bit extra. cheers chris
