  1. Congrats mate Do you have a few deans or should I order some ?
  2. Good evening all. I've just fitted a brushless combo to my son's Anderson m5. Anyway, I've got a few spare turning 2s 5000 mah lipos that I'd like the wires shortening on and female dean's soldering onto. If there's anyone in or around the wirral or Merseyside area who'd be willing to do this for me it would be much appreciated. Thanks

  4. I'm using the esc in some thing else.
  5. How about this http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=262338375494&alt=web And this https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/371524224648
  6. OK, I'll check them out. Is this any good ? http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=191807756163&alt=web
  7. Yeah 1/8 buggy, I was thinking around 2000kv, only going to be running 4s.
  8. I'm in the Merseyside area. No lhs really. Anyone got any links to a decent combo within budget ? Maybe with dean's already ? If not I'd be happy to send it to you capri. Thanks for the replys so far. Or if anyone has a combo for sale
  9. I'm looking for a combo for a 1/8 buggy conversion, hopefully for under £90, new or used and came across rocket racing combos on ebay. Has anyone used or any experience of them ? I was going to go for a hobby king combo but my soldering irons broke and I'm not good at soldering anyway.
  10. Let me know what you have. Thanks
  11. Sounds more of an esc calibration issue than a tx trim issue. Try calibrating your esc.
  12. It's where it says rev 3rd from the right on the top row. Choose your channel number, then normal or reverse.
  13. Whereabouts are you based? Maybe a fellow forum member could help you out with initial setup.
  14. I'm "into the hobby" but won't accept sub standard products.
  15. PayPal very rarely ask, they tend to cover the buyer regardless. This xmaxx is clearly unfit for purpose. Oh yeah, and don't take out a 100 mph rc in a crosswind, now that would be foolish
  16. Got two of them in other things. Was looking at other options for the two monster jams.
  17. Couldn't agree more. Trading standards all the way, that is depending upon how I'd paid to begin with. Credit card, PayPal, then I'd be guaranteed a refund. This item is not fit for purpose, In my opinion totally regardless of some members saying that it would put the industry out of business blah blah. You've used the item as provided, stock out of the box, at speeds it's capable of, at heights it's capable of jumping (without descending from ground higher than which it started) such as cliff edges, all self propelled. Plain and simple, unfit for purpose.
  18. Couldn't agree more. Thought maybe worth a punt. Think I'll leave it.
  19. Yes all stock apart from the wheels and proline badlands.
