  2. Just testing the waters here ..... i have 2 S28's and a boat load of spare etc .. both run and just need a bit of tlc ...what kind of price would or should i be getting???
  3. s50 has a metal spur gear and no plastic surround? and exhaust comes from the rear of the engine instead of the side?

  10. so after a lot of carefull and gentle tapping a screwdriver with a hammer ..... its out !! ..... Clutch bell ... undamaged .... now of to hong kong for some new bearings .... thanx for the great advise guys .. you really helped .....

  12. Help please .... gonna try this in what i would call plain english .. hope it gets through..... MTA4 S28 .. Clutch bell contains 2 ball bearings (PD1574(5x10x4)) incase you don't know ball bearings are made of an inner ring , an outer ring, and a few balls ..oh and a few other bits ... both the bearings have shattered and one of the outer rings is stuck in the clutch bell ..can't knock it out from the other side as there is a lip preventing it ..ive tryed heating it .. wd40. a big effin hammer ... still can't get it out ... ANY IDEAS???? thanx..

  16. my suspension have all come apart at one point or another and i lose all the oil ... current cheapest alu shock caps on ebay is
  17. advise please ..... thinking of getting some new shocks......Aluminium ones .. but don't want to pay what Associated or Thundertiger want for em.. found a few that are the correct length (hole to hole), and a few that are a couple of mm bigger... some have the correct diameter springs, some are smaller or bigger.... some have piggybacks . some don't .... whats the advise guys?
  18. can anyone comfirm if these are the same at the front and the back? on the destruction sheets it shows 2 different PD numbers ???

  21. Not sure if this is of any use to anyone but here goes ..... So this is my final setup for the dual tanks on my S28... So lets start with the pipe set up:- From Tank 1(Original) we take the RED tube from the tank Output to the Return of Tank 2 (New Tank) From Tank 2 Output we take the BLUE tube to the fuel Primer Bubble(see note 1 below) From the Primer Bubble its the BLUE tube to the Fuel Filter(see note 2 below) From the Fuel Filter its the BLUE tube to the Carb Lastly we take the GREEN tube from the Exhaust to the return on Tank 1... Note 1:- A few folks have said they take out the Primer Bubble.. ive left mine in . to get rid of any trapped air when priming just remove tube from the carb and put it into your filler bottle .. pump the bubble a few times to get rid of the air, then just put the tube back on the carb,... oh and chuck the fuel back in the tank.. Note 2:- Fuel Filter was just a few quid from ebay, i drilled 2 small holes into the black plastic gaurd thingy and just cable tied it in place.. Hope this makes sense to folks .. any questions .. just ask ..
