gents , I can see why these tyres are called nightmares ,, what a bitch to put them on my wheels , , do these hostiles fit HPI star wheels and madman 8 spoke wheels ? Do I have to use hostile beadlocks .? As I only have hpi and silverback beadlocks , carnt seem to get a tight seal when screwing the beadlocks down onto the wheel there's a half mm gap when screwed down ,,cheers

my 5b SS has 4 degress toe when i bought it and pointing in considerable , handling ok just wondered if less toe made a diff ,, also when ordering hostile rear hubs you have to state which amount of toe required so its kinda permenent when you fit the mods , i have numerous different spacers to give me different degrees of toe in the left over parts

Whats the best tow /camber for my 5B SS , lookin to buy a set of hostile rear hubs ,, DDM say 4 degrees is good for buggies so whats the diff between say 2 degrees and 4 degrees cheers

gents , anyone know what size hex driver the silverback beadlocks screws are ? There not 4mm , think there imperial 3/32 but not sure ,,cheers

Ok thanks , it's not a must have , just got given some lights and thought they would switch on/off via the tx , not going to buy any kit to make them work , I have a inline battery switch that I might fit to be able to switch on/off ,,cheers

Yep that's what's happening ,lights all on ,, set up switch b to switch aux 2 on/off but no joy , may need somethink else ?

gents ,, have a issue with steering on my 5b ss ,when car is sat on floor no movement when turning left or right ,steering arms off the servo move but sounds as though the gearing on the servo ( stock hpi one ) have worn , are these plastic gears ? Looks like a big ish job to access the servo as was gonna upgrade to savox , Someone did mention that it could be a servo saver issue ,, what's a servo saver ? Lol Any ideas , cheers dave

Yes it's 2014 model , will try more thread lock , could be there was none on as I bought the 5b part built , hubs already assembled when bought

gents ,, need a selection of screws as back up for when I lose them ,, where's best to get a good selection of screws for my baja 5b ss

Cheers but front hub does not have a e clip , a 3 mm bolt passes through the the hub and screws into the black nut/disc as in pic , think might use a 3mm bolt and nylock nut , might be a more permanent fix , cheers

gents ,, is there a better fix to stop my front wheels coming off my 5b ss , car is stock and wheels fixed with 3mm screw through to a threaded nut type thingy with a cross fitting that the hub slots into ,, been searching to no avail ,, other than thread lock or using a nylock nut ,,any ideas ,,cheers dave

gents I have aquired 4 led lights for my 5b ss , think these might drain my hump battery so looking at a extra battery to run these lights , not sure which way is best , any ideas
