Do I need to grease them mark , seen somewhere boots have to be filled with grease ?

Just been out for another mess with the car , and new axle hub boots needed , what you all recommend

Don't know why it seized , plug colour looks ok , maybe running full throttle to long , hoping you guys can throw some light on it

ok here is a few pics of my seized engine , I know you guys like pics so give me your thoughts , Stripped engine down ready for new g320 promax , surprised how much grass was in the car . Pulled plug out eventually , thought colour was ok ? . Unable to pull piston out of head , looks a bit dark in there . Mark you where right , quite easy to pull engine out ( 30 mins ) don't know about going back together though . Good exercise though to see how it all goes , just gotta do diff oil and seals Don't know y these r side on ?.

Just use the stock tyres if you still got them ,, there crap anyway

Yep see where ur coming from ,,just made some rear drive shaft protectors from a piece of acquired rubber from work , they look sound , my prob is I got no spares so just trying to get a stock of the basics

Toyin with the idea of steel spur gear , think iam gonna cause a world of pain as movin the weak spot else where , read good and bad posts on steel Spurs in to it for 8 months ,, it's getting worse ,,lol

Just bits n bobs , waitin for my scotty 320 , just gettin bearing , seals for diff and diff oil , plus some cleaning stuff , shock oil n seals

i carnt stop spending ,, this hobby is like a drug ,, need my fix every night ,,lol

current 26s is blown mate , hence the new engine needed

gents can someone explain this engine , ie what is a long block , is it a good engine ? looking to replace my stock fuelie 26s just woundered how this engine compaired to the 26 cheers

Gotta chuck some coin at it mark as current engine is Donald ducked as you know , nature of the hobby !! Gonna strip engine down this week so I'll post some pics of the engine , just been lookin at you tube vids of engine removal and install , looks not to big of a job ,, will message you if I get any issues

gents Lookin at getting a new engine for the baja 5b SS , lookin at a scotty 32 , so iam asking if these units get run prior to being shipped out , seeing as a new engine is going in is this a good time to do some maintenance on the car , what would you suggest , also lookin to upgrade the clutch carrier to a vertigo or TR system don't know which is best , also good time to change diff oil ?

So the vipers are on the car , tried to mount them with the zero foams but was a struggle ( fingers cut to bits ) so used stock foams and went on easy , they seam quite solid but need to give em a good thrashing , prob Sunday
