I'm looking for some monster truck wheels with the hub size the same as 1/8 buggies (1/2 inch hole in centre with 17mm nuts), do they exist does anyone know or is it possible to ream out the 1/4 holes in MT rims to suit....? Any suggestions gratefully received...

Sick of repairing pull start, is there a universal shaft start conversion (that replaces the the pull start assembly) or will it need to be one dedicated for this particular engine?

As title really. I know years ago hpi did a drift version of the rs4 and I see Banggood have a nsuper cheap car but any other options worth considering?

Just bought a cr4t and so far not overly impressed. No matter how many times I wash my hands the touch screen is very hit and miss and only properly works with a stylus. biggest isssue however are the end points. When I try to increase steering or throttle end point to the left it’s fine and I can scroll the dial to increase or decrease but can’t get it to do the other end. The pointer just stays blue and doesn’t go red, the left one permanently red. Do I have to manually select to go the other way? If so how as I can’t work it out!

I have the intellect hard case now but the inner battery socket is right under the top deck! I think the vampire will be in a similar place so how do you wire it, can you post pic? thanks

What's the best hardcase lipo for Gtb? Got the weight kit and don't want to have to modify it to fit the larger soft packs.

I can't see me using this servo for anything else so I may just cut rear lugs off. Do you reckon that tenshock motor will still be ok with 35a esc? Don't want to have to buy a new esc. i haven't hurried build as I'm waiting for pro painted shell which is still 3 weeks away

Ive gone the other way and put the biggest lipo possible in the buggy, turnigy 2200mah which fills whole length of battery area. i could possibly get the esc between motor and servo but would need to cut the lugs off one side of my lovely £40 savox servo so it may just have to go on top deck!

Useful info but one question. How the hell have you got the esc next to battery!?

yes thats the one. I thought Trackside spares used to sell them but no longer list them. Oh well at least its only coming from Sweden so shouldn't take too long. What pinion do you run silone? I know the kit comes with 20 but want to get a range for racing at various clubs (Dudley, Midland Raceway, Worcester) all indoor carpet. One last question (sorry!). Bought some white and yellow rally blocks which seem to be the tyre of choice but which inserts do I need?
