  1. Well after blowing my engine up 2 years ago I have done anything but over the last month I've finally run my rebuilt engine in and found out the new tank I made added too much weight to the one side of the buggy. Time for fuel tank mk2
  2. They are fantastic i use them when rebuilding full size engine and they are like gifts from God. If you use the right solution it will pull everything off. They work by pulsating untrasonic waves through a liquid which the item to be cleaned is submerged in. You chose the concentrated solution you want to use and mix it with water and that's all you need
  3. I have no idea. It's not ecoensive for the bits so maybe aswell change the rod piston and liner. Save a rather messy result. I run mine on 25% so takes more of a battering
  4. It's an axial .32 spec 1s. I have had it for quite a few years now. With a lot of use still held good compression until this. This is the only part it's wanted for apart from clutches. I've run it on optimix apart from day one. Performed fantastically. I would recommend Also gallons gone through it. Wouldn't even want to think how much
  5. The oil prevent my joints from seizing. I've priced a conrod, piston, sleeve and crank comes to
  6. Haha never!!! Fuel is in my veins none of the fairy stuff
  7. So took the car out for a tune today running really well then all of a sudden it stops dead. The pull start wouldn't budge so thought maybe the one way bearing had played up. Upon closer inspection of the glow plug I saw metal shards in the coils. Enjoy the results guys
  8. I bought these incorrectly for my hyper 8.5 I require 16mm whereas these are 14mm. They are brand new just been filled with 35/30 oil front/rear. Either swap for the correct shocks or
  9. Have had much spare time lately but finally managed to get the lid tacked on and all the baffles in place
  10. There's going to be insulation on the exhaust side to try and prevent this from happening
  11. Trial fit completed. Requires a slightly larger notch to clear the exhaust bracket but clears everywhere else
  12. It's a new tank. It's all tacked together so I can trial fit it first. IM going to make the same spout as the orginal and going to taker he lid off the original tank
  13. Had a spare hour today sort started to knock up a larger fuel tank
  14. Here's a photo of the car with no suspension. Will try and get a more upto date photo
