    lots of people make this mistake of trying to spring it by hand and then fit it in the housing...wrap the spring around the spool..makes it a LOT easier..

    i love my Hyper ST. I am just trying to get away from nitro for a while ..fuel here is about $40/gallon. and since i have a back yard track i blow through that gallon in a weekend. gets a bit pricey

    wind up your string and than align the string spool with the spring center and wind the spring around it ...it takes a LOT of patients I usually have my girlfriend nearby to hold it from unspringing for when my fingers get tired..then shove the back end of the spring into the key of the outer housing and shove the assembly together.. hope this helps

    So uh..i bit it and went ahead and bought this...just for giggles it is still in "packing waiting to be shipped" status on HK website..i will post some pics and possibly crappy videos when it gets here...it seems like a decent deal..i just wanted another cheap electric truggy to save beating up my offna nexx8t and RC8T
